Are there scientific and technological limitations in 3th density? - darklight - 09-14-2014
I'm asking this question because of the quarantine rules. I couldn't find anything about this in the LOO.

I've read that Atlantean technology could transform an animal face into a human face, albeit with much pain to the animal. They used crystals and the power of thought.

To create a servant class of beings (slaves) who had some of the dexterity and intelligence of humans, but not enough to escape their situation. So, they would use their technology to blend some human characteristics with 2nd density characteristics.

the whole question of 'technology' only becomes pertinent because of the physical vehicles chosen in third density as being deliberately weakened.
but to address your question, I think there are possibilities inherent in the use of crystals which are only limited by one's understandings of them. Ra only spoke in limited terms about the use of crystals because the knowledge that was shared previously ended up being misused relative to the original intention of the offering of that information.
in this case, it was not so much the Quarantine putting a break on the knowledge being shared, but rather a gaining of wisdom and further acquaintance with the sudden turns in leadership that our society is prone to.
