It pointed me in the right direction to understand the correct visualization of the spirals. Whenever I did something with the spirals they seemed to be moving in and in becoming smaller going clockwise. That was little confusing to me. Now watching another linked video to this i understand how could the spirals go clockwise and still be expanding... fascinating
spirals are very important to me for some unknown reason. And they are becoming more important. I keep drawing spirals without my conscious awareness.
