Thank you for sharing your story. I hope you already feel that this is a forum with many caring people who like to listen sincerely (well, read sincerely) as you express your experiences.
I have not had similar visions. Thank you for the opportunity to ask questions to learn more about your experience. I have some ideas that may or may not have clarifying truth for you. Please feel free to take whatever resonates with you and set aside anything that is not useful for you.

General questions
I'm unclear whether all the visionary experiences - the cetacean, the rose, the Biblical language - started for you just in recent weeks. What kind of spiritual background did you have growing up? Had you been studying or seeking in some kind of metaphysical or spiritual sense? Were these experiences troubling to you, frightening, uncomfortable at all? Do you feel that they disconnected you from "consensus reality" enough to make others confused or fearful about your behavior?
Cetaceans
I have long believed that cetaceans are at least as smart as people, probably more so, with creativity and spiritual understanding that matches or exceeds the level of most humans. Unlike some new-age-thinking type people, I think there could be some cetaceans who've chosen to be hostile, unethical or selfishly focused. I think assuming that all the dolphins and whales are loving, kind, and helpful might be naive. I think that most of them do have a loving nature.

Atlantis
The story of Atlantis that makes the most sense to me: After many years of technology improvements, the Atlanteans figured out how to a have a very large, complex, powerful, centralized power source that used technology based on crystals. This central power source provided service for power needs throughout the island/continent, and also a central power source for aircraft. People who worked with that equipment center saw it as a duty and privilege to serve the community... the way the typical enlightened sewer plant worker would think of their job today.
Some selfish, corrupt people seized the control of the central power source, leading to a military confrontation and a destruction of the power source. Through further chain reactions, this led to the flood that destroyed the island/continent. No surprise that a cetacean observer of the situation would be concerned, and want to tell people to beware a reproduction of that misuse of technology.
Perinatal?
Ali's interpretation of a birth memory or metaphor is interesting. A search at primal-page.com for "perinatal" will bring up a wealth of material about the intersection of perinatal, mystical, transpersonal, visionary and drug experiences.
Initiate
At the risk of putting words in Ali's mouth, to me initiate means someone who has been guided through learning and growth experiences that show them how to leave behind an old limited understanding, in order to become able to fulfill their full potential at a higher level of evolution. Some mystical teachings claim to involve initiations going back to long-lost wisdom or practices of Atlantis.
By the way, ffg that spiral looks so much like the Norway spiral. Did you include that diagram in our discussion back then?
