I have heard of laughing as a way to chase off negative entities. Emotional stability would be harmony. I think I have even heard of using it to get yourself into a meditative state.

Abraham Hicks talks about the importance of joy, which can raise one's vibration.
So is it better to be joyful, or still, in order to have the highest vibration?
Or is it more important to just be in the moment, regardless of how high our vibration is?
Thing is I'm not always in a joyful, laughing mood. Most of the time I'm still and rather emotionless.
