Sense8; is there anyone here who watches this show? Incredible... There is such depth in it... Like watching a block of granite being carved in to the most amazing statue... My favorite kind of collective meditation at the moment, it opens doors and connects us...

I recommend giving it a honest undecided chance until the end of episode 3 =)

I´m going to start posting my favorite quotes in this thread, starting with; "Impossibility is just a kiss away from reality"

Will give a try to the show, the trailer looked nice. "I'm loosing my mind... / no it's just expanding."

I agree the one makes every probability. From this individual point of view, we get to choose from among them all through the lens of our evolving choice awareness.

    Enjoy the ride =)

I watched these episodes within 3 nights. I hope a 2nd series comes out. I am ever more convinced that the wachowskis have either 1, read the LOO long ago and took what they needed. Or 2, are highly receptive to telepathic communication.

Either way, I love their cosmopolitan and hard hitting style. The so called "lost generation" of our time need stewards that can relate!

IT'S SO GOOD, seriously. The overall character development throughout the season is crafted so well, but I think I s**t my pants multiple times during a few choice moments in later episodes when they really start tapping into the cluster's potential as a collective force.

It was so hard recommending this show to friends without giving away spoilers, haha. Especially after watching episode 10 because OMFG WOLFGANG. And Sun. Sun all day.

The emotion, the action, the music (Bollywood scene!), the connections between characters, the drama, all the culture exploration and locations visited around the globe, the focus on social issues -- SO MUCH crammed into the one season alone! Really looking forward to future episodes/seasons, hopefully the Wachowskis are already working on more BigSmile

Just started watching Sense8 yesterday, and am quite digging it.

It's made by the guys behind the Matrix, which is cool, I dug that movie.  But what I didn't know was that JMS was involved.  JMS is the guy behind Babylon5, one of the landmark scifi tv shows.  JMS wrote 92 out of 110 Bab5 episodes, and it's a series way less known than Star Trek, but it's equal in terms of a future vision.

Senes8 has the feel of Lost, in terms of the emphasis on the characters, with the plot being important, but ultimately second fiddle to the characters that you really come to like.  But it develops much faster than Lost, and the way things are shot and cut these days, they have a movie-like quality, rather than just an ordinary tv-soapie.

I'm halfway through episode 5, and really glad I gave it a go.  First episode is a bit all over the place; and not sure I was going to stay with it.

    But JMS is da bomb!

I do expect the 2nd one to make me impatient for the 3rd one, which will probably be beyond the two first seasons.

    Awesome! BigSmile

With some time distance from viewing the show I found that for me, the one most inspiring character was Jonas.
after he was captured because of will, there was not ONE point of playing the blame game, rather he strived to free will from dragging around unproductive shame. He always had a sense of "looking forward and working with what is". No matter how grim the situation.
