The mortality rate of COVID-19 is 1770 times bigger than H1N1 flu.

Unfortunately, this is a fake, which has spread in multiple countries, with minor variations. A "viral meme" which I saw debunked by a doctor in a Swedish newspaper this morning.

It's a mixture of accurate information and things which are made up. Accurate things include symptoms of the virus, and in the version I saw debunked, also that it can move up to 3 meters when people cough. Inaccurate things include how to stop it, e.g. the claim that drinkably warm liquids kill it is false. Hot and cold in drinks does not matter.

About masks, the simplest type does not protect the person who wears it, but only limits the risk that the person who wears it infects others. (People cough into the mask instead of spreading it further.) The types of mask which protect against the virus are more heavy equipment.

The part about fibrosis does not apply to people whose lungs are preserved. It mixes up how the virus works in mild infections with what happened to a few elderly Chinese patients who died of the virus (where fibrosis was found in the lungs after they died).

There's a rapidly increasing amount of fake expert advice floating around the web. Personally, I keep things simple: I expect that, like the vast majority, I'll catch the virus sometime later this year, and it may mean a lousy week or two.

Hmm...

Agua just warned me I should take this more seriously lately. He pointed out that China took heavy action immediately and now they have it under control, and Italy did not ans now their country collapses.

He has a good point.

Tjat being said, it's easier for countries like China to crack down on this thing when the style of government is authoritarian. I get the feeling if America cracked down like the Chinese did, we'd have people calling for Trump's head on a platter. Although it really does sound like he's got it.

Well...

Stock up and bunker down. Dunno what else I can do.

RE: COVID-19 and the air surrounding it
I did some research. From Healthline.com:

COVID-19
  • Key symptoms: cough, fever, shortness of breath; 80 percent of cases are mild
  • First detection: December 2019 in Wuhan, China
  • Global cases to date: Over 127,000 cases
  • Global deaths to date: Over 4,700; the global death rate is estimated at 3.4 percent, but certain areas are seeing a death rate of just 0.4 percent
  • Transmission: spreads through respiratory droplets along with feces and other bodily secretions; each person passes it to 2.2 others which will likely fall as containment and quarantine efforts increase
  • Most affected groups: adults over 65 with underlying health conditions; children seem to be spared and are experiencing milder symptoms (in China, children account for just 2.4 percent of cases)

Assuming these statistics are not BS, this does not sound like a deadly virus unless you are compromised (compare to SARS death rate 15%; Ebola death rate 50%; seasonal flu death rate is .1% with up to 646,000 cases per year). That is not to say, given its presumably true contagiousness, that practical measures shouldn't be taken.

My suggestion is not to buy into the fear, which, media-driven, seems to driving a wedge between people, races, and even between species in certain ways.

They say that gossip stops at a wise man's ears.

So I'm trying not to spread fear. I have held back from posting about the "wrongs" that have taken place.
And that would just be some people's opinions.

But I have failed some in this regard. Just don't gossip.

Gottes Mühlen mahlen langsam, mahlen aber trefflich klein,

Though the mills of God grind slowly;
Yet they grind exceeding small;
Though with patience He stands waiting,
With exactness grinds He all.

No such nonsense. This thing is serious.

...

The callousness in US is appalling. Its outright craziness. In order to protect the stock market, millions of lives are being put at risk.

I apologize if I sounded cavalier.

I don't follow the media. So I am not cognizant of what the media is saying—I'm only peripherally aware and friends relate things to me. The email from Dr. Cousens was just in a newsletter I get. I totally agree that in the U.S. there are some very questionable "suggestions." For example, I have heard it is being said NOT to buy masks. Rather than being callous, I suspect there is an underlying agenda—though that would include a callousness.

I also don't have any fear for things such as the virus for myself. But globally and for all other-selves I do care.

Thank you Flofrog for your great info from the French virologist. Smile

Because US did not have enough masks, masks magically did not have any effect. Now that Jack Ma sent ~1 million masks to US as help, they will be suddenly okay again.

Using Twitter and following citizen journalists and independent left outlets would help.

Left outlets, citizen journalists, because the right (us conservatives included) were labeling this as a 'hoax' just until a few days ago. Now they are basically sh*tting themselves.

What's the best way to word my Intention Repeater to help with the Coronavirus pandemic?
And what's the best intention to set when working with the energy?

If I say "Coronavirus gets better" then it's focusing on the virus, and it may make the situation worse.

How do you word it so that a pandemic can get better and people can be healed?

I did this before with the Australian bushfires. I think it helped.

I don't know what's going on within me, but they say that the world around you reflects what's going on inside you.

And I don't feel all disoriented and stuff. I feel peaceful and blissful for the most part.

What's the best way to handle this energetically?

RE: COVID-19 and the air surrounding it
Here's a more sociopolitical and EU-centered perspective.

So far, what's happened is that countries have chosen very different approaches initially, and then most of them clamp down and shut things down more and more over time and disturb the general functioning of society. The closing of borders between countries adds to this. The result is a short-term deep economic crisis, bankruptcies and the threat of bankruptcy for many smaller businesses, and an all-around lack of level-headedness. All of it basically the result of doing something in order to do something, in part unwisely, in part perhaps wisely in terms of trying to avoid having the population go really bonkers in response to a "lack of leadership". The hysteria and calls for "strong leadership" have made some draw parallels to the 1930s, in terms of a pictured worst case outcome of the great hysteria.

Even if things return to basically how they were following the wasting of a great amount of resources, the hysteria surrounding the coronavirus will likely do many times more harm than the virus.

A good intention for humanity during the current "crisis" may perhaps be to borrow from Douglas Adams and The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: "DON'T PANIC!", in whatever way may correspond to big, friendly, comforting letters.

Here in Sweden, it's also interesting to note how, over the past years, politicians have been underfunding the healthcare system, its workers suffering great stress and overwork. Now, all those prior savings and down-sizings done despite waves of protest by those who work in healthcare suddenly give way to huge spendings, both locally and country-wide, in efforts to reverse the under-sizing of general healthcare preparedness as quickly as possible. The vigorously debated savings of so and so many millions in past years now all seem rather petty, in view of the large spending suddenly done.

This could also turn out bad timing for Britain. The post-Brexit time window for new trade- and finance-related agreements with the EU has been noted to be too short for truly good results. Now, in practice, it seems to end up even shorter, given what time will now probably be spent on. But it is possible that the EU and Britain will agree to change the time window in view of the situation.

I was thinking earlier we should just call it by its given name covid-19. By referring to it as the coronavirus we keep on repeating the energy in the words....which ends up manifesting a virus in the corona (crown/sun). I'm only just now realising that this is another inversion that showcases our poor collective understanding of causality. It also reinforces the notion that viruses exist despite no medical proof.

Much love to you.

I am working harder on my own spiritual development, now that I know what to do.

I picked up on the anxiety of the world, and just accept that rather than trying to fight it.

Rather than trying to change the world by shifting it, I change myself by allowing myself to become my true self.

Takes a lot of meditation and energy work.

It is a little painful too, but what good work is without pain?

A specific type of mask with a specific type of filter works. Standard masks do not. Hence the discrepancy.

Do you think my black hole attempt was the cause of you feeling that low vibration? It also caused me some pain and indeed i am in pain now. Probably too much Light. I thought it might transform me into an anthro which i really wanted.

I had a dream laat night i was helping a guy named Everest Burns. I am not sure if my attempts to raise my subdensity and return to singularity will make the world burn. I dont want that.

RE: COVID-19 and the air surrounding it
   I live in the USA.
The numbers below about the virus are primarily from the World Health Organization and from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control.  I have no way to know if they are correct.
Yesterday the USA had 17,224 known new cases.  Known new cases have increased 25% each day from the previous day for the past 3 days.  (I started recording daily data in a spreadsheet four days ago.)
As of yesterday, of those who sought treatment in the USA, 1,868 recovered and 1,295 died, making the death rate to date 69% of the recovery rate.  I assume that many people who are infected have mild enough symptoms that they have not sought treatment.
Based on the recent USA outbreak around New Orleans about a month after the Mardi Gras celebration, it seems to me that people may begin to have serious symptoms about a month after they first become infected.
My wife and I help her sister who lives near us, and has physical difficulties.  We are old.  She is in need of food.  We plan to go shopping as soon as the store opens today, because that will be the time there are the fewest other people.  I hope to buy enough for her (and us) to last two weeks, because I really do not want to be out and about more than necessary.
I am grateful for those workers who serve our needs.
I am also grateful that many in the medical profession are now aware of low cost treatments that show a lot of promise.  [I am disgusted that a few USA politicians have ordered those treatments to not be used in their areas.]  We have a daughter who works as a medical professional in a facility in another state.  I talk with her by phone when she has a day off.  I pray she does not become infected.  She is optimistic that these new treatments will be quite helpful.  (She told me about the Internet link below.)
If you want to look at data that is updated frequently, and contains information about most countries on Earth (for specific information, click on your country), you can see it at:

Where do you live? Are you by chance in Arizona? If you are anywhere in or near Phoenix, I can shop for you. Let me know your address via PM if you are in this area and I will help.
