If the universe is spinning, would that mean it isn't infinite in space (not in densities)?
Gem, I am not quite sure we can qualify in our 3 D words whether space is infinite or not just because we are thinking 3 D, but... this video would follow Ra's insisting on the hierarchical order and structure of creation, and... its mystery... and this nice speaker verifies the fact that the chance of the big bang happening had only a very tiny tiny window of chance happening lol

At another time, I checked that YouTube channel after looking at another video you posted, and found another one that seems relevant:
Study Suggests Fundamental Laws of Nature Change Throughout the Universe The idea presented is that the universe may have an orientation with two poles, roughly analogous to magnetic poles but of a different nature. This intuitively would seem like something that may be related. EDIT: Indeed, he refers back to it.

Is everything not in cycles and vortexes? From the simple whirlpool in a river, to tornadoes and hurricanes and massive vortexes in the oceans. Taking it up to a cosmological level, the planets circle a central sun, the stars circle around a massive black home. It is only natural to assume that the Universe itself is in a cycle and rotation. All the galaxies are in rotation. It is the natural cycle of the Universe and the Nature of Everything. There is a cycle to everything as they are in motion. One of the Universal Laws.
