This is one of the places a lot of people "start" when they start looking to answers about our past and the UFO phenomena, and how a lot of our religions and mythology started...and for the life of me, I still don't have a definitive answer. Everyone tells a slightly different story about the alleged planet's origins, inhabitants, and current trajectory. The sources I trust most(Law of One material and Bashar) have been vague. Bashar stated "there is some reality to this idea but not something you will experience in this lifetime". I'm not sure Lyssa Royal Holt has mentioned anything on it, but I can check.
I'm familiar with the Nibiruan Council site and material, and I'm sort of 50/50 on whether or not it is fully legit, though I'm sure there are at least some bits of truth there. "locked in first density" could mean that it would not be able to naturally support a second density ecosystem, but could currently or at one point in the past have been a sort of space ship. Theories about it range from the converted to a space ship thing to an entire small star system with orbiting planets to a highly volcanic planet that can sustain heat and possibly some sort of atmosphere without orbiting a star. Some sources say it's from the Pleiades or Orion originally, but the vast majority claim that Sirius is its origin.
Some say it has a consistent elongated orbit, others say it can be steered at will. Some are claiming it's been parked at the edges of our solar system for quite a while now, while others say it has arrived somewhat recently. Many blame it for the Destruction of Maldek in different capacities, either by war or simply the effects of its gravitation(or a mix of both). Many amateur astronomers are seeing weird stuff behind or near the sun at certain times of day.
It's also literally the cannon answer to why Scoobie Doo can talk, because he's a descendant of the "Annunaki", which in their version were higher dimensional beings that inhabited animal bodies or something like that. Look up Scoobie Doo Nibiru episode if you don't believe me.
This is everything I've found about the subject from a purely research based standpoint, and no one story really strikes me as more true than the others. As far as any personal, intuitive connections or insights about this subject, I don't have much to go on either.
