Well, a sphere "locked in first density" means no evolution. It that case a "projectile" to target the Earth and destroy all live perhaps?

I think it's more likely it has something to do with the lock'n'loop for this planet.

Sounds like he means the gravitational metaphysical effect of the object on a system, creating a spiral and 'locking' a system into a cycle.

That's a good explanation! I went to the assumption that the 1D sphere was the space/time lock (creating resistance to pole shifts and lessening electromagnetic effects on the system) and the moon acting as time/space loop (effectively keeping the 'protective' grid up) for a hermetically sealed system, so my assumption is fairly close to your explanation from my point of view.
