Actually, it's both. We have our own personal, inner worlds in a so called 'vacuum', and also a collectively created "consensus reality" here on Earth. The beliefs of many create societal realities that could be changed if everyone involved are both aware of a specific issue such as the manipulation of the elite AND that we create our own reality.
