It certainly is a delicate dance and I can understand how it takes a lifetime to refine. The specific topic you bring up has been a constant issue on here and I've dealt with it in my personal life daily. So I think how and what we feel is appropriate to communicate, not what we communicate above all else, is a central aspect of service that often takes a backseat to the latter. We get stuck on knowledge rather than emotional atmosphere.
To sort of elaborate on my original post, if.."It is not for a being of polarity in the physical consciousness to pick and choose among attributes..", how is it responsible of me to talk about a friend/family member/coworker behind their back and call them, to use a simple example, lazy. Truthfully I am very lazy in a number of ways (which I am happily ok with for the most part
) Substitute any number of negative traits..anger, impatience, bodily addictions etc., we all have those traits.
I can understand all this in my consciousness, accept it in spirit, yet for whatever reason it can be enticing to just blabber about others as if they're different than you. The second you open your mouth all that spiritual work crumbles because you're invoking and participating in separation that others pick up on and run with.
So I think it takes great discipline to be trained in word and speak in a positive manner reliably. And as I said, this doesn't have to be stuffy and we all have to vent sometimes..it's all part of self-acceptance.
