shampoos and stuff

I use pure vegetable glycerine soap which is the most basic kind of soap possible, no perfumes or unneeded additives. I use shampoo made by a company called Nature Clean, it doesn't have any of the suspected carcinogens, petro chemicals, and phosphates all mainstream shampoos have: http://www.naturecleanliving.com/herbal_shampoo . I use a deodorant which doesn't have aluminum in it, I think the company that makes it is called Nature's Gate. I use flouride free toothpaste by a company called Green Beaver. I use laundry and dishwashing detergents that don't have some bad stuff in them, forgot what.

There are relatively healthy alternatives to all personal hygiene and household cleaning products, available in local natural food stores or in the organic section of savvier supermarkets.
