SUNgazing: Communion with the Sub-Logos - Spiritual and Health Implications

I didn't sungaze this morning. Had a headache last night that kept me up. It was one of those specific ascension-related headaches.

How do you know? I mean what makes them different from a "normal" headache?

An "evolve" or "repair" headache has a different type of feeling, running current through pathways that haven't been used since you were born. My own pain from this type is a dull/hot full cranium ache, where you don't really consider aspirin or anything because it feels so different.

You folks that are scared to look at the sun should just do the closed eye type of gazing, looking at the sun through your eyelids, using them as a sort of filter. Pretty much all I would do in my position.
