The subject of eating 2D entities has been a hot topic. At least 2 dozen threads about this topic are to be found, some with massive numbers of hits. The biggest and baddest of them all, the original meat thread, got shut down by the mods, and others sprang up in its place.
Apparently, this topic is of interest to many people.
In an effort to catalog these rich, informative, and yes, sometimes heated, discussions, Diana, Pablisimo and I have compiled an index. It was originally posted here but got buried in that thread. So I am moving it here, with the intention of keeping it up-to-date.
