Astrology is a MIRROR; "As above, so below" "As inside so outside" Mercury is NOT CAUSING any misunderstandings, merely REFLECTING the CYCLES synchronistically, like any other SYNCHRONICITY apart from also in advance tapping into the "timing" of an event/feeling/thought we personally, or as a collective are creating together with "ALL There Is" manifesting in this time.

We have our own personal cycles reflected in our personal charts and on the mundane level "We Are ONE" as the LOO states and that is a supercycle reflected in the constellations in the heavens in this moment.

If a medium can foresee the future/tap into the probability of an outcome of the current placement of the "players of the chessboard" it is no less probable that this future is also reflected in "All There Is" holographically in this or coming moments of creation.

Astrology is not an "Absolute science" but a "Knowledge of probabilities" reflected in the combination of energies symbolised by the planets in signs and aspects. There are many probabilities within an aspect like mercury conjunct uranus f.i. If you are a scientist it might reflect a discovery, and/or if not just original inspired/scattered thinking depending of your ability to cope with the energies at hand.

You can never tell the level of consciousness from a chart though unless you're also a psychic

I "misread" your first sentence "The glitches" and misunderstandings always happen to us and you might see it reflected as mercury in hard aspects to neptune or sun and jupiter in your personal transits.

When mercury is retrograde this manifests on a collective level. (of course you might be born with a retrograde mercury which also have a symbolic meaning in your radix chart) If you happen to have an aspect from mercury to a planet in your radix chart, this energy will last for a month and you will experience more of the retrogradation personally than a person that happens to have no transits form mercury at the time mercury is retrograding.

F.i mars is now retrograding spot on my pluto in leo, halfsquaring my uranus, guess if the energies are tough on me, it's sheer nuclear power and on top of that i'm a scorpio with many aspects to pluto (ruling scorpio) to other planets in my chart. If i can handle this it might revolutionise my life, if not i might succumb...but I'm not giving in.

I know my own history in correspondance to my chart and the transits accompaining it, it's nothing i "invented" or made myself believe. The only way to "prove" astrology is to practice it yourself. The energies also play out in the relation to your birthchart. No two persons will experience the transits in the same way, unless they are twins

Both mercury and mars are retrograding. Mercury went retro on the 26:th and will last for 3 weeks (i notice the "effect" though as soon as i "slows down" and "slowly speeds up" which it actually doesn't do, it just takes a little detour altering the relative speed btw earth and mercury" and that goes for mars also of course)

Mars retro will last until the 16:th of may with many implications regarding warfare, our true needs and the expression of our drive and energies, maybe choosing another direction in life etc etc...

Yes, and some "potentials" are more likely than others to manifest depending on the current placement of the players on the personal or universal checkerboard. Every mement is loaded with potentials for something to happen, but not just "anything" randomly, every moment carries energies and meaning and a more or less strong potential for a certain outcome.

Do you mean that you feel the energetic effects at those two keypoints? Because if so, I've also felt the effects of the slowing down. It's not so bad now, but I had a few days where it was impossible for me to speak my mind or type down a full sentence without messing up in a few ways.

Should I see this as this the initiation of conflict? Or the weakening of personal power?

I will stop by to appreciate your thread before my transit out to the day's errands. Later I hope to return and participate more fully.

Ra said that there are three valuable systems of imagery that help people understand the archetypes. They are tarot, astrology, and kaballah. Don and Ra proceeded on the path of studying the tarot. I see how comprehensive Ra was about other information. So I like to imagine that if the Ra contact had continued, Ra would have also discussed the other two systems as well.

To really make the most of Ra's comments here, a search for "archetypes" brings up an abundance of material. 74.4 has a comment that leaves me scratching my head, wondering if I understand:

We could go forward with more and more refinements of these two entries into the archetypical mind. We could discuss color correspondences, relationships with other archetypes, and so forth. This is the work of the adept, not the teach/learner. We may only suggest that there are systems of study which may address themselves to the aspects of the archetypical mind and it is well to choose one and study carefully. It is more nearly well if the adept go beyond whatever has been written and make such correspondences that the archetype can be called upon at will.

What I wonder here is if Ra meant to say that only so much can be learned from a teacher, the rest must be discovered anew by each individual mind/body/spirit having its own learning process. As I understand this, the result of this independent study will be a personal relationship with each of the archetypes as a living personality. But I'm not sure I get the correct meaning here.

Mars actually turns direct on march 10 but the "effect" will be felt up until the degree where it started to slow down on may 17 even.
