So, there are some countries that give out medical licenses that are accepted by the world community that have as their condition that if they refuse to give out Abortions when asked their medical license is revoked.

    Thoughts on this?

Don't see a problem with it. You agree to perform a certain set of parameters within the framework of your license that is beyond ones personal or philosophical beliefs. Considering that most abortions are performed somewhat early on in the pregnancy, it's considered more of a parasite than a living being since it wouldn't be able to survive outside of the womb. Thus the doctor is performing a service for the patient.

Is it a service to the medical community to disregards doctors personal feelings about their medical capability and force them to perform operations against their desire? Since that is what it sounds like to me.

First rule of the medical community as far as I know of should be and is that Doctors have the right to refuse to perform medical procedures, prisoners of wars with medical training, can not.

It should not be legal to coerce a doctor to perform a medical procedure.

Following that logic, we should allow police to only enforce the laws they believe in.

If a doctor, or anyone else, has personal beliefs that interfere with providing the service they have been trained to do, they should find another profession.

Police are obligated by law to not enforce laws they don't believe in, this belief is called a Nationality. I'm just curious why some Nationalities belief is that doctors can not refuse operations?

The first service of doctors should be that if your personal morals say so, you refuse to provide services, especially the service of having your patients be found by other medical professionals.

I mean, if you figure out a way to remove make-up from the world, do let me know, or more accurately, if you figure out a way to prevent 2 doctors from preventing you from carrying out an abortation, please let me know, I'm absolutely sure the IAEA would die to know how you did it.

Are we not all prisoners of War, during War?

Id agree with one exception.  If a doctor refuses that's not an issue, when two refuse, that's not an issue.  When three refuse...then four.

Oh this doctor is racist and refuses, oh this doctor thinks gays suck and refuses them service.  Oh this doctor is sexist and doesn't take men or women seriously so refuses to do certain procedures.

The Exception, you can't refuse for the discrete purpose of discrimination. How does one determine discrimination?

You could put the Doctor to an Oath that...

    Oh...wait...

Legally speaking please dont force doctors to perform surgeries they are not desirous to do.  But also protect those who are wrongly denied.

...So as per the OP subject.  I disagree with revoking a license over refusal of doing an abortion.  If that Doctor doesnt want to kill something humanoid like despite acting as a parasite since in his mind it IS human then he should be allowed to say, "I dont want to kill your child".

However, put up a sign or notice, 'Do not perform Abortions, sorry' or something so people don't waste their time sitting in their office just to be told to go away.

Though Journey of Souls also remarks on abortions, saying incarnating souls have some knowledge of if a life will be aborted before they join with it.
However they never say Always Known, so it still may not provide a perfect example.  I hope no one sees it as an excuse to indiscriminately have unprotected sex without worry about getting abortions.

I mean the procedure alone can make you sterile but some people truly also cannot handle pregnancy,

So this is a gray area because context isnt nearly all the same.  One answer is not enough.  There must be a system of consideration...  To consider it all and act accordingly for everyone's safety and consideration.

Iunno, thats all i know to say regarding this subject...

True, a problem, and mostly only if you cant legally substitute a doctor for another, but really, if you know your doctor instinctively hates you and you can't do anything about it, how about you hire a new doctor, maybe the best doctor there is, hire them to supervise the git with the problem and do the things that seem... troublesome... to the git... And move on as a group...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vN8U-TSbfwE My country has been at peace for 80 or so years, I've been to war a few hours ago last, strange how that works, some times you can tell when its war and when it really is, peace.

That's the thing, if you really don't want to perform a operation and your the only doctor around and your objection is ethical, you're either kind of obligated to point them to a good alternative or work for the emergency surgery that they'd need. So its... a Pickle... Sorry, Meg joke. But really, think about this, its not really fair to pick a group of medical practices before hand that you wouldn't apply for, so the real answer seems to be more about, when will adoption laws catch up to abortion laws. Or perhaps more specifically, is abortion by temporal dilation, legal. If so, is it not already a medical fact of life to which legislative science™ has to catch up that adoption is preferrable to abortion, and all that that entails, in the legal dialogue.

I just can't get my brain around the fact that abortion can be used to kill adults, legally, it seems like the law shouldn't be designed for that.

I mean, I doubt we'll ever see a case where Abortion is used to successfully kill or even incapacitate an adult as the sole cause of death but, I find it unnerving that it is legally possible that a doctor would be obligated by their own sexuality to firstly kill their friends spouse, then their friend, then themselves and then all their other patients, it seems as a legal system to be truly badly designed, I doubt we'll see such a case of course but still, it feels badly designed...

I don't even want to consider what kind of Takasubo Cardiomyopathy complication it would require to first generate a viable embryo that by its existence then generates a gravity well around itself that rips the legal structures of its parent societies to pieces killing the parents without being born as a aborted embryo. As someone somewhat interested in Cancer and its developement stages it seem counter intuitive to medicate away cancer for billions while refusing to temporally dialate the birth challenge as a cancer cure, it seems, counter-intuitive.

On the other hand, I say we should advertise and promote the use of contraceptives when and if at all possible in any condition, it makes scientific education marginally easier.
