So today I had a regression done by a woman I met recently. I was very impressed by her skills- she's the first hypnotist to successfully get me fully into a hypnotic state- my last attempt at a regression never saw a full trance state because the man doing it made me very uncomfortable. I feel on a soul level that the things that came through were true, and there was a lot of crazy energy going around the whole time.
We established a system of hand gestures by which I could indicate yes or no if I didn't want to speak beforehand, so in places where it seems like the hypnotist is answering my questions, I was giving a hand gesture.
The names of everyone mentioned, except for those of my personal, internal guides, have been edited out for privacy.
The tape started at the point where I had already gone under and was in an astral "safe place", so the first thing you will hear is me describing this place.
Hypnosis Session, October 4. 2015
L: There’s a light. It’s like, a reddish gold light.
K: A reddish gold light...
L: It doesn’t come from anywhere it just fills the area.
K: Uh huh.
L: There’s gold on the walls...there’s...gold inlaid.
K: Uh huh.
L: There’s a pillow on the floor I sit on- there’s a red pillow. There’s not much more in there.
K: Is there any other being or presence there with you, or are you alone?
L: Fahlen is there.
K: Fahlen is there? Is Fahlen communicating with you in any way?
L: He’s just letting me know he’s here.
K: Okay.
L: Daniel is there, too.
K: Daniel is there? That’s very good. And I’d like to ask if either of these guides, or both, would like to speak to you now, to the questions we have asked?...The answer is no, not right now. Okay. We thank them for their presence. We know they are assisting you and protecting you. And I’d like to ask you now if you are able and willing now, to see if there are any presences, entities or influences that are with you that are unseen at this point, that we can take a look at and see? This is as we discussed before. Is this something that is alright to do right now, with the assistance of your guides? And the answer is yes, okay.
So, within your temple, I’d like you to now imagine a beautiful mirror in front of you. It’s full-length. It’s full and large enough for you to see your own reflection and around you as well. And I’d like you to notice what the frame of this mirror looks like. Can you tell me about it?
L: It’s gold.
K: Gold? And does it have a design or ornamentation on it?
L: Uh, it kind of has shapes at the top.
K: Uh huh. I’d like you to look in this mirror now, and notice around you and to the rear of you and to the side of you...do you notice any entities, influences or presences, or any dark ones at all around you? Yes? Can you tell me about what you notice?
L: There’s...it’s like a shadow. It’s like...short, and really dark...very condensed. It’s very dense. I can feel how heavy it is, but it’s little, and there’s another one, I think it’s [name], and it’s, like, the opposite. It’s really light, or white...whitish light. They’re like, right next to each other. I think there’s a third one, but I’m not sure...I’m not sure who that is. I just feel it, I can’t see it.
K: Okay. Let’s focus on the dark, condensed, shorter, heavier one. I’d like to ask some questions of this dark one right now. I’d like to ask you hear it saying what is it’s purpose and why is it there in your field?
L: It just feels angry.
K: Okay.
L: I just hear weird sounds, just like...kind of like growling.
K: Anger sounds?
L: No words, just angry.
K: I’d like to see if you can get a sense of how long this presence has been in your field. Can you get any sense of that?
L: Since before I was born.
K: Yeah?...I would like now...are you willing that I call in the angels to take this one away from you?
L: Yes.
K: Can we do that now?
L: Yes.
K: Okay. I’d like to call in the angels of the white light, to come in and put a mesh of beautiful white light around this dark one, and take it within this net and mesh of white light, and take it up and out, out of your field forever, out of this temple, up and away, up where the white light can work with it for its future purposes...and let me know when you’ve experienced this to be done...Yes? Good, thank you.
And now I would like to ask for the heart of Elijah, the high teacher and helper of all who call upon him, to come down now and touch your heart, and touch the places within your being that need healing from the effects of this presence that had been there; to just touch you with that healing presence. Come now, the heart of Elijah, that eternal being whose touch is healing, and let me know when you begin to feel the healing effects of Elijah’s touch...Yes. Good.
And now I would like you to ask to look at the mirror, and there was a third presence there in addition to [name]. Can you get any sense now?
L: It’s [name].
K: It’s [name]? I’d like to ask if [name] has anything to help you with or say to you.
L: He says...that I’m doing fine, and I should stop worrying.
K: Okay.
L: He’s...he’s happy that other thing is gone.
K: Can he talk to you about some of the questions you’ve been asking?...No. Okay, that’s fine.
L: He says there’s somebody else that’s supposed to do that.
K: Okay, but you can feel his presence. Is he helping you from the other side?
L: Yeah.
K: Is there anything else, before we ask a different question?...He can remain there with you if you would like and he would like, and I’d like to turn to [name] now if she’s still there. Is she still there with you? Yes? Is there anything she can tell you right now that is good for you to know?
L: She says she’s sorry I got pulled into it. She...I think she still blames herself. She...I just...I can’t really...There’s a lot there and I’m not sure what it is.
K: A lot there with her, you mean? Yeah?...Okay, are there any other presences there that are showing themselves?...No. Okay. I’d like to thank [name] and [name], and they can remain with you if you would like and they would like, and I would like to ask if Fahlen or Daniel would like to say anything more at this point.
L: Fahlen says...don’t worry, I’m the good guy.
K: Uh huh? Yeah.
L: Daniel doesn’t really talk.
K: Okay, that’s fine. What does Fahlen mean by the good guy? What does that mean?
L: I see...a stage and there’s like...a lot of things happening backstage. He’s...there’s...a bigger plan.
K: A bigger plan?
L: A lot of things that happen are part of a bigger plan...Like...Like there’s...a side that I’m not seeing, that...what I’m seeing is true, but it’s only...it’s like...if you look at a cube from the front and it looks like a square, and you don’t see the cube. There’s more to it, and that I’m...kind of stuck on one little piece of it.
K: Uh huh. Are you going to know more in the future, or will you not know in this lifetime what’s on the other side of the cube?
L: Uh, he can show me.
K: He can show you? Can he show you some of it now?
L: I see things that don’t make sense. He says I need to go back there.
K: That you do need to?
L: To see how...I see things that I just don’t understand.
K: Can he go with you now, if you go there?
L: Yeah.
K: I’d like to ask if it’s time now, to move from your temple to places and times for you to see now, to help you understand, and Fahlen can go with you if you like...And are you there? Good. Okay. So I’d like to ask you now to...if it’s time to move forward, leaving your temple to go to times and places where there is important information for us to find out, to help you today in the best way. Let me know if it’s time now. Good, okay. Yes.
So, if Fahlen would like to walk beside you, you know in your temple where the doorway is...the doorway. There could be a newly-created doorway just for this purpose, or it could be one that’s already...that you’ve been using to walk through to the outside, knowing this temple is here to come back to if you need to. We’re getting ready now, to walk to that door. Let me know when you’re at the door, ready to exit the temple, but have not yet walked through...okay, good. And let me know, what does this door look like, before you open it? It might be a door, it might be a curtain...
L: It’s made out of light. It’s dark red...it’s hot.
K: And when you’re ready, in a moment, you can walk through this door, without any harm to yourself, and only for the purposes of your highest good, and when you step through the door, you’ll find yourself in another time, another place, where there is information to learn from. So let me know when you’re ready to walk through the portal...the door of light. Okay, good. Go ahead and step through it, and when you’ve reached the other side, the door will be closed for now behind you. Let me know when that’s done...okay, good. Knowing this temple is here to be transported back to if you need to.
Where are you now? What do you sense or see around you?
L: It’s an ancient city. There’s...buildings. They’re made out of something white. I think it’s limestone. There’s a lot of...a lot of people. I think it’s Mesopotamia.
K: Are the people far off or are there any near you?
L: I’m standing in a...like a market, I guess.
K: And it’s daytime?
L: Yeah.
K: Okay. And look down at your feet. What do you notice on your feet, if anything?
L: I’m wearing these...fancy golden sandals.
K: Okay, and looking up your legs, what do you sense or see is on your lower body, if anything?
L: I’m wearing like kind of loose, robe-type things.
K: Uh huh. And looking up is it a continuation of that, like a robe?
L: Yeah.
K: And is there any ornamentation on it of any kind?
L: Yeah, there’s like...something on my shoulders. Maybe some kind of leather, and up here it’s got like...I think it’s in beads or something.
K: Like a decoration?
L: Yeah. I’ve got things on my arm that are like...golden. It has...like...kind of like spirals on it.
K: Uh huh. And if you could see a small mirror appearing in front of you...you don’t have to hold it, it just appears there, and it’s large enough for you to see your face and head and upper body...what do you notice about your reflection in the mirror?
L: My skin is dark.
K: Uh huh. Your skin is dark?
L: My hair is...(laughs)...fancy. I don’t know how my hair is that way. There’s stuff in it.
K: Uh huh. And are you male or female or can you tell?
L: I’m a man.
K: Uh huh, and about how old are you? Are you young or older?
L: Maybe late twenties or early thirties.
K: And is there any ornamentation or decoration that you notice around your head or neck or...
L: I’ve got...gold things in my hair. There’s stuff woven into it, I think. Kind of like braids with little gold ornaments and stuff. I’ve got some kind of thing on my forehead. It’s like...a little jewel-looking thing.
K: Okay. Do you notice that you have anything in your hands or in your arms?
L: I...I think I...I think I carry a whip with me.
K: A rope..A whip?
L: Yeah.
K: So now, is there anything more to notice about your appearance?
L: I’m pretty sure I’m rich.
K: Okay. So you can let the mirror now just disappear off to the side and dissolve away. And now, looking around you in the market...notice what’s going on around you. What do you notice is happening right now?
L: There’s...some kind of riot, I think.
K: Okay.
L: There...a lot of poor people were angry at people like me. And I just...I just look at them like they’re animals. I don’t even care. I don’t care what happens to them.
K: And what happens next in this place?
L: I...I just moved into a tunnel.
K: Okay?
L: There’s tunnels that go under the city.
K: You went in there?
L: Yeah.
K: Is there a reason you went in there?
L: I was just...there all of a sudden.
K: Okay, so you moved yourself into that place. And are these tunnels known to a few people, or are they for everyone to use?
L: Not many people.
K: Okay, only a few people. And do they lead somewhere?
L: Yeah.
K: And are you going there now?
L: Yeah.
K: Okay. Go where you’re going now in these tunnels, and let me know when you’ve gotten to the place you’re going.
L: It’s a meeting...it’s...there’s people there I don’t think are human.
K: Uh huh...
L: There...there’s something really off about them.
K: Something off?
L: Yeah, they don’t seem all the way human.
K: So have you met them there before?
L: Yeah, we work together. Not hardly anyone knows about it.
K: What are you working together on?
L: Uh...the slaves are all getting angry. It’s all...falling apart. (deep, heavy sigh) It didn’t work out right and the slaves are revolting and...and they just left me.
K: Who left you? The beings under the tunnels?
L: Yeah. They abandoned me there because they didn’t like how it was going, and I...I was the one who...who had to take the fall for it.
K: Uh huh...What are the slaves used for?
L: Building...and everything. I mean, slaves were common. All the things I didn’t want to do.
K: Who are these beings?
L: They...they came and...people knew about them at first, before I was there, but over a long time they had to stop showing themselves. They started working through people. I think...maybe...some of them came into human bodies, because they couldn’t keep walking around like that...it was...the times changed. It just...it wasn’t...it wouldn’t do anymore, and they were still controllng everything...I think when I met with them I was seeing their...astral...
K: Their astral bodies?
L: They would be there, but not in their bodies, you know?
K: They would project themselves there?
L: Yeah.
K: They would project their astral body there?
L: I don’t know we just...we had an empire, and we were...running it.
K: Were they doing anything else on the earth besides helping the cities to get built...were they doing other operations as well?
L: Everywhere. Lots of places.
K: Were they doing other activities besides building?
L: Magic...Types of...they, uh...they wanted to make people like them, I think, while humans were still young...they wanted to influence they way they developed so that they could just have another planet in their empire.
K: Uh huh. And who are these beings? Where are they from? Do you know?
L: (points at ceiling)
K: Up...up there? Outside, or...?
L: They’re....they’re from...home.
K: They have a home...And so, what is their main philosophy...how they do things that you can sense as you work with them?
L: The strong should have the power. They wanted to weed out the strong...If you’re too weak to get power then you don’t deserve to have it.
K: Okay. And what are their feelings toward you, or their approach toward you that you can feel when you go there on that day in the tunnel?
L: They’re really unhappy with the way things are going...and...I want to leave. I want to go back, but they won’t let me.
K: They won’t let you? What happens next?
L: They just...they left me. And...I think eventually the people killed me. They just overthrew everything. They killed everyone in charge, and I...I died like a servant.
K: These beings didn’t help, they just left...
L: They felt like it was my fault. I hadn’t done a good enough job keeping the people under control, so they just left me to them.
K: And were you from that same planet? That same place that they were from, or were you from earth and they got you to work for them?
L: I’m not sure.
K: Did you belong with them? You said they left you there...
L: I think...I was in a human body. I was mad, because, once I was a human they treated me like I was less, even though I was one of them.
K: Yeah, so you were one of the ones who went into a human body, and then they left you there?
L: They were...they were supposed to take me back, and they just...they said I was weak, that I’d gotten weak.
K: Okay. I’d like to ask you now, is there more information to learn from this day you went into the tunnel and you knew what was going to happen later, or is it time to move to the last day of your life in that life, to the time of your death? Can we do that? Okay. So I’m going to count to three and when I reach three, you’ll automatically be at that time, when you’re dying in that lifetime, but you don’t have to feel it as you’re making a transition, and we’ll learn from it, and you can be outside the body watching if you need to or want to.
One...two..three...you’re there now, automatically there, the time and place of your death there in that lifetime, as the rich person, attempting to do what was given to him to do, but some things had not gone right, according to the plan, and it’s the last day of your life, and the time of death, and you don’t have to feel anything or experience anything...you can watch it, but what is happening at the time of your death?
L: I went into hiding. They finally found me and they just...tore me apart. They just...just with...they just beat me to death and tore me apart.
K: So I’d like you now to move up, to let your spirit and soul to move up and up and out of that body, above that scene, like, above the buildings, and you’re looking around now, your spirit, and it’s over now, but what do you know now? What do you understand looking down on that place, that time? What do you understand now, from your higher perspective just above?
L: It all just seems ridiculous...It seems like...just...ridiculous...They...they have no idea what it’s like to be human. They’ve never been human.
K: So did they have, like, unrealistic expectations?
L: Yes. Most of us...we went into the human bodies and it messed all of us up. It’s just...it’s too different. Everything is too different. They’re too different from us.
K: So...let yourself go up a little higher now, drifting up as a spirit or soul, like above the clouds, higher in the sky, and looking down there, on the earth from that vantage point, what do you understand now about the Earth civilization that you’d been a part of there?
L: They’re stronger than we ever imagined.
K: Yeah? And what do you feel about yourself going into that? That body, that society...what do you feel now, looking down on it from high up in the sky?
L: It’s humbling.
K: Yeah. Did you learn anything new?
L: I had to learn how to be strong in a different way. Because...I took too much for granted. Instead of cultivating my own power I just relied on what I already had, and I...I didn’t try to get better, I just thought I was better than everyone, and I paid the price for it.
K: That’s good to know. Now, letting yourself go higher now, higher up above the earth plane...high above the earth, where even higher understanding can come...that place between where the earth and planetary plane ends and where the soul realm begins...high up, you can see the stars and planets...the light reflecting off of them, twinkling around your soul or spirit as you rest high above now. You look down on the earth and you see it as a planet, and you’re now at the gateway, really, to the soul realm, and as you look down on planet Earth now, do you have any higher understanding, even higher than before that occurs to you now?
L: I see the good things.
K: The good things?
L: It doesn’t just look like a shithole from this perspective. I can’t see all the dirt and the...the sickness. It’s...beautiful.
K: It’s beautiful? There’s more to it than just the work you were in charge of, isn’t there?...What else do you notice about the planet? Planet Earth?
L: They’re building the pyramids. It was a long time ago...I was...I decided to stay.
K: You decided to stay? Okay.
L: I didn’t want to go back after they did that to me. I wanted to learn the kind of strong that humans were.
K: Hmm. So you stayed on earth after that and had more lives?
L: Yeah.
K: But this one was important?
L: Yeah.
K: I’d like to ask now, from where your vantage point is, high up, where you can see all around you the universe and the Earth below you, I’d like to ask the heart of Elijah to come once more and touch the heart of your soul that experienced this abandonment, this death...of being torn apart...knowing that you tried to do good, and you did learn strength, and you did your very best...and I’d like to ask the heart of Elijah to touch the heart of your soul and make healing contact there...an impression of deep healing upon your soul, to dissolve away, washing away, the effects of what you experienced there at the end of that life. And just feel that touch. It goes throughout all your lifetimes. It goes deep to the heart of those experiences and heals them from your soul. Just take a moment now, to absorb that love, that healing, from this high being, come to touch you now, and let me know when you feel the healing effects of his touch. Okay, good. There is nothing that can’t be healed. Everything can be healed. Thank you, the heart of Elijah.
And now, at this gateway at the soul realm, I’d like to ask the angels of the white light to come now, if you’re willing, and to surround your spirit with a beautiful white light, and it cleanses you and heals you further, in all parts of your being, across all lifetimes, and increases your awareness of spirit beings come to help you at this place, at the gateway, and of anything else you need to know right now. And let me know, your being now is sending out a signal that is your unique soul frequency in all directions...and those beings that worked with you, that already visited with you, some of them in the temple, may come now, or others, to come and talk with you now, at this gateway to the soul realm...the place where souls are healed and are learning. L: Fahlen’s there again.
K: Who is there?
L: Fahlen.
K: Fahlen? And does he say anything now, now that you’ve learned more?
L: He stayed too, but not in a body.
K: He stayed? Okay.
L: He’s not in a physical body, but he stayed with us. There were...several of us that stayed.
K: Are you aware now...is he helping you be aware of any of these other ones who stayed? Do you know them in this lifetime?
L: Some of them.
K: Uh huh. And who are they?
L: [name].
K: Who?
L: [name]. And...[lists several names]
K: Oh...so many that you were with and are still with in this life...
L: We kind of stayed together. [name] got it really bad. They...He had it worse than I did.
K: Yeah. Can Fahlen tell you if you’ve been resolving and working to resolve some of the karma from that? What can he tell you about that?
L: Well, I’ve stopped killing people. (laughs) He said that’s good. I just...I got into wars a lot.
K: In earth lifetimes?
L: Because that’s what I knew.
K: And then now you’re not. Yeah. That’s good. What else can he tell you, now that you’ve seen that life and what happened?
L: He says that...we’re seeds. We’re...what we do is...it changes the ones who left us, too. Our...memory complex...they tried to cut us off but we still influence them. We change, they change, but...they also...we feel them. It’s hard.
K: You feel them?
L: So much...it’s an old, old system, and they...they don’t want to change, and it...
K: Is it declining in influence? Is it transforming in some way, that system?
L: Some of it.
K: Some of it?
L: I don’t think we’ll get all of them, but...maybe some.
K: I’d like to ask Fahlen a question. I’d like to ask if the pain in the ovaries is connected with this experience or lifetime that was experienced and seen?
L: No, that was later.
K: Later?
L: She was raped, and hated herself because she wasn’t strong.
K: Oh, the idea of being strong again.
L: She had a child and it died and...then she died of...I think Syphilis.
K: This is another lifetime?
L: Yeah...This is why we don’t incarnate as a woman. Because they were always treated weak, and she wanted to [be strong]...
K: So this pain in Lynn now is from that lifetime, and I’d like to ask if that’s something we can heal now. Does it need to be there anymore, that pain? Has the lesson been learned?
L: She knows she’s strong now.
K: Okay, so can that pain issue be released now?
L: Yes.
K: I’d like to ask Fahlen to help us make a connection with Lynn’s higher self right now. Can he help us do that, so that we can do this healing now?
L: Yeah.
K: Okay. I’d like Lynn’s consciousness now to just come to a resting state and assist us as the higher consciousness of Lynn, the soul consciousness that sees across all lifetime and across all space and time, and is the higher consciousness in constant touch with the One Infinite Creator...I’d like that high consciousness of Lynn to come in now and speak with me and with Fahlen, and with Fahlen’s assistance, I’d like to ask this high consciousness of Lynn to come in now...and am I speaking now with the high consciousness of Lynn- of all her soul entities?
L: Yeah.
K: Yes? Thank you. I’d like to ask the high consciousness, the high self of Lynn, and all her soul entities, to let the high healing energies flowing down from the One Infinite Creator to come down into Lynn’s being now and dissolve this pain and distortion now, with the ovaries and female reproductive system of Lynn, and bring it to a rightness of being, in this time and place of Lynn’s lifetime, since the lesson has been learned, all the lessons learned, and this condition no longer needs to be in Lynn’s body, for the lesson has been learned. It has been stated on the soul level, and it is time now, and I’d like to ask, with Fahlen’s assistance, for this higher consciousness of Lynn now....are you ready now to let this beautiful High Creator energy to come in now and heal you of this condition?
L: Yes
K: Alright, and it’s flowing now. It flows now throughout the being of Lynn, on the finer cellular level, the DNA level, all the way up through the denser level of the tissues and the reproductive system itself, and all the systems of Lynn on the physical and emotional level, and the mental level...receive this high energy now that is healing, restoring and dissolving away pain...dissolving away the condition that no longer needs to be there...
And now, just take a moment, high self, and Lynn’s consciousness, to absorb this healing asked for and received...and let me know when the healing effects are fully received, and anything else that we need to know about this today.
L: You’re on the right track Lynn. You’re not doing nearly as bad of
a job as you think. We...we love you so much...She knows what she’s doing.
K: Yeah, she does.
L: She just has to admit it to herself.
K: She’s strong in a new, good way, isn’t she?
L: Yeah.
K: She can face things, and heal things...Anything else you’d like to tell Lynn?
L: We’ll help her...when she draws. More will come out that way, when she draws. We’ll help her make pictures of it.
K: Okay. And how is the healing going? Is this something that can be healed fully today, or is this something that needs some time, in human terms, for the healing to be fully realized?
L: Some of it is already done. Some will...take a while.
K: Will you work with her, like in her sleep to keep healing her?
L: Yes.
K: I’ve heard that sleep is a good time for the higher self to come in and heal...continue healing. And can that be so for her?
L: Yes.
K: And what else does she need to do to help her healing?
L: Stop criticizing herself.
K: Okay. Yeah.
L: She’s the only one who thinks she’s doing a bad job. They’re all like that...they’re proud, but...she’s doing a good job.
K: Yeah, she is. And what about the medication- the hormones that she takes? Is that something that over time can be let go of if she chooses? It won’t be needed anymore?
L: In time.
K: Will she know?
L: Yes.
K: Okay. Will you help her realize it?
L: Yes.
K: Can she go to the doctor and get confirmation on that?
L: Yes.
K: Okay...[name] had said to her trust that you know what you’re doing, and you’re telling her the same thing. You’re telling her she knows she’s doing the right thing...she’s on the right track. Is there anything else you would tell her now?
L: There’s...there’s many with her. She’s made a large impression...and there are many gathered around...they are excited to see her progress.
K: Yeah. She’s making a lot of progress in this lifetime?
L: Yes.
K: And how is the healing going for today? Is there more you’d like to do right now, or is it time for us to come back?
L: It’s time to come back.
K: But we know that you’ll be there with her always and in her sleep, continuing the healing?
L: Yes.
K: Okay. And about when will she be able to feel...is there a time frame you can give her for a turning point when she’ll feel very different in her reproductive system, or it will feel better?
L: A few weeks.
K: A few weeks. Good. It helps humans to know what to look forward to...And now I’d like to thank you higher self, thank you. Any one final message for Lynn that you’d like to give?
L: Trust yourself as much as we trust it...You were...We didn’t let you do this job because we didn’t trust you. (laughs)
K: Yeah...And so that Lynn understands, could you say to her, in words she can understand, who are you, high self? High consciousness? How would you say who you are so that she knows?
L: One in many, many in one. She knows what that means.
K: Yes. Okay, and so now is it time to bring her back?
L: Yes.
K: Okay. Thank you high self for all that you have done and are doing, and for your communication today. It is greatly appreciated. And now I’d like to ask for the high consciousness of Lynn across her many lifetimes, the one in many and many in one, to adopt once more that proper place, that high and proper place in Lynn’s consciousness, and for the consciousness of Lynn in this lifetime to come back now, to more awareness, and she will be able to hear the voice of healing of her higher consciousness on the recording...and I’d like for all the other helpful and protective guiding entities and presences who have been with Lynn’s consciousness on her journey today...[name] and Fahlen and [name] and others...to thank them for their help and guidance and love, and for them to be around Lynn’s consciousness in their proper places, and I’d like to ask for the consciousness of Lynn to be fully present in her body, mind and spirit at this time, so that she hears me as I begin to bring her back to full awareness in this time and place...bringing back with her all of the positive healing effects of the information she has learned and the healing she has experienced....

L: There’s a light. It’s like, a reddish gold light.
K: A reddish gold light...
L: It doesn’t come from anywhere it just fills the area.
K: Uh huh.
L: There’s gold on the walls...there’s...gold inlaid.
K: Uh huh.
L: There’s a pillow on the floor I sit on- there’s a red pillow. There’s not much more in there.
K: Is there any other being or presence there with you, or are you alone?
L: Fahlen is there.
K: Fahlen is there? Is Fahlen communicating with you in any way?
L: He’s just letting me know he’s here.
K: Okay.
L: Daniel is there, too.
K: Daniel is there? That’s very good. And I’d like to ask if either of these guides, or both, would like to speak to you now, to the questions we have asked?...The answer is no, not right now. Okay. We thank them for their presence. We know they are assisting you and protecting you. And I’d like to ask you now if you are able and willing now, to see if there are any presences, entities or influences that are with you that are unseen at this point, that we can take a look at and see? This is as we discussed before. Is this something that is alright to do right now, with the assistance of your guides? And the answer is yes, okay.
So, within your temple, I’d like you to now imagine a beautiful mirror in front of you. It’s full-length. It’s full and large enough for you to see your own reflection and around you as well. And I’d like you to notice what the frame of this mirror looks like. Can you tell me about it?
L: It’s gold.
K: Gold? And does it have a design or ornamentation on it?
L: Uh, it kind of has shapes at the top.
K: Uh huh. I’d like you to look in this mirror now, and notice around you and to the rear of you and to the side of you...do you notice any entities, influences or presences, or any dark ones at all around you? Yes? Can you tell me about what you notice?
L: There’s...it’s like a shadow. It’s like...short, and really dark...very condensed. It’s very dense. I can feel how heavy it is, but it’s little, and there’s another one, I think it’s [name], and it’s, like, the opposite. It’s really light, or white...whitish light. They’re like, right next to each other. I think there’s a third one, but I’m not sure...I’m not sure who that is. I just feel it, I can’t see it.
K: Okay. Let’s focus on the dark, condensed, shorter, heavier one. I’d like to ask some questions of this dark one right now. I’d like to ask you hear it saying what is it’s purpose and why is it there in your field?
L: It just feels angry.
K: Okay.
L: I just hear weird sounds, just like...kind of like growling.
K: Anger sounds?
L: No words, just angry.
K: I’d like to see if you can get a sense of how long this presence has been in your field. Can you get any sense of that?
L: Since before I was born.
K: Yeah?...I would like now...are you willing that I call in the angels to take this one away from you?
L: Yes.
K: Can we do that now?
L: Yes.
K: Okay. I’d like to call in the angels of the white light, to come in and put a mesh of beautiful white light around this dark one, and take it within this net and mesh of white light, and take it up and out, out of your field forever, out of this temple, up and away, up where the white light can work with it for its future purposes...and let me know when you’ve experienced this to be done...Yes? Good, thank you.
And now I would like to ask for the heart of Elijah, the high teacher and helper of all who call upon him, to come down now and touch your heart, and touch the places within your being that need healing from the effects of this presence that had been there; to just touch you with that healing presence. Come now, the heart of Elijah, that eternal being whose touch is healing, and let me know when you begin to feel the healing effects of Elijah’s touch...Yes. Good.
And now I would like you to ask to look at the mirror, and there was a third presence there in addition to [name]. Can you get any sense now?
L: It’s [name].
K: It’s [name]? I’d like to ask if [name] has anything to help you with or say to you.
L: He says...that I’m doing fine, and I should stop worrying.
K: Okay.
L: He’s...he’s happy that other thing is gone.
K: Can he talk to you about some of the questions you’ve been asking?...No. Okay, that’s fine.
L: He says there’s somebody else that’s supposed to do that.
K: Okay, but you can feel his presence. Is he helping you from the other side?
L: Yeah.
K: Is there anything else, before we ask a different question?...He can remain there with you if you would like and he would like, and I’d like to turn to [name] now if she’s still there. Is she still there with you? Yes? Is there anything she can tell you right now that is good for you to know?
L: She says she’s sorry I got pulled into it. She...I think she still blames herself. She...I just...I can’t really...There’s a lot there and I’m not sure what it is.
K: A lot there with her, you mean? Yeah?...Okay, are there any other presences there that are showing themselves?...No. Okay. I’d like to thank [name] and [name], and they can remain with you if you would like and they would like, and I would like to ask if Fahlen or Daniel would like to say anything more at this point.
L: Fahlen says...don’t worry, I’m the good guy.
K: Uh huh? Yeah.
L: Daniel doesn’t really talk.
K: Okay, that’s fine. What does Fahlen mean by the good guy? What does that mean?
L: I see...a stage and there’s like...a lot of things happening backstage. He’s...there’s...a bigger plan.
K: A bigger plan?
L: A lot of things that happen are part of a bigger plan...Like...Like there’s...a side that I’m not seeing, that...what I’m seeing is true, but it’s only...it’s like...if you look at a cube from the front and it looks like a square, and you don’t see the cube. There’s more to it, and that I’m...kind of stuck on one little piece of it.
K: Uh huh. Are you going to know more in the future, or will you not know in this lifetime what’s on the other side of the cube?
L: Uh, he can show me.
K: He can show you? Can he show you some of it now?
L: I see things that don’t make sense. He says I need to go back there.
K: That you do need to?
L: To see how...I see things that I just don’t understand.
K: Can he go with you now, if you go there?
L: Yeah.
K: I’d like to ask if it’s time now, to move from your temple to places and times for you to see now, to help you understand, and Fahlen can go with you if you like...And are you there? Good. Okay. So I’d like to ask you now to...if it’s time to move forward, leaving your temple to go to times and places where there is important information for us to find out, to help you today in the best way. Let me know if it’s time now. Good, okay. Yes.
So, if Fahlen would like to walk beside you, you know in your temple where the doorway is...the doorway. There could be a newly-created doorway just for this purpose, or it could be one that’s already...that you’ve been using to walk through to the outside, knowing this temple is here to come back to if you need to. And let me know, what does this door look like, before you open it? It might be a door, it might be a curtain...
L: It’s made out of light. It’s dark red...it’s hot.
K: And when you’re ready, in a moment, you can walk through this door, without any harm to yourself, and only for the purposes of your highest good, and when you step through the door, you’ll find yourself in another time, another place, where there is information to learn from. So let me know when you’re ready to walk through the portal...the door of light. Okay, good. Go ahead and step through it, and when you’ve reached the other side, the door will be closed for now behind you. Let me know when that’s done...okay, good. Knowing this temple is here to be transported back to if you need to.
Where are you now? What do you sense or see around you?
L: It’s an ancient city. There’s...buildings. They’re made out of something white. I think it’s limestone. There’s a lot of...a lot of people. I think it’s Mesopotamia.
K: Are the people far off or are there any near you?
L: I’m standing in a...like a market, I guess.
K: And it’s daytime?
L: Yeah.
K: Okay. And look down at your feet. What do you notice on your feet, if anything?
L: I’m wearing these...fancy golden sandals.
K: Okay, and looking up your legs, what do you sense or see is on your lower body, if anything?
L: I’m wearing like kind of loose, robe-type things.
K: Uh huh. And looking up is it a continuation of that, like a robe?
L: Yeah.
K: And is there any ornamentation on it of any kind?
L: Yeah, there’s like...something on my shoulders. Maybe some kind of leather, and up here it’s got like...I think it’s in beads or something.
K: Like a decoration?
L: Yeah. I’ve got things on my arm that are like...golden. It has...like...kind of like spirals on it.
K: Uh huh. And if you could see a small mirror appearing in front of you...you don’t have to hold it, it just appears there, and it’s large enough for you to see your face and head and upper body...what do you notice about your reflection in the mirror?
L: My skin is dark.
K: Uh huh. Your skin is dark?
L: My hair is...(laughs)...fancy. I don’t know how my hair is that way. There’s stuff in it.
K: Uh huh. And are you male or female or can you tell?
L: I’m a man.
K: Uh huh, and about how old are you? Are you young or older?
L: Maybe late twenties or early thirties.
K: And is there any ornamentation or decoration that you notice around your head or neck or...
L: I’ve got...gold things in my hair. There’s stuff woven into it, I think. Kind of like braids with little gold ornaments and stuff. I’ve got some kind of thing on my forehead. It’s like...a little jewel-looking thing.
K: Okay. Do you notice that you have anything in your hands or in your arms?
L: I...I think I...I think I carry a whip with me.
K: A rope..A whip?
L: Yeah.
K: So now, is there anything more to notice about your appearance?
L: I’m pretty sure I’m rich.
K: Okay. So you can let the mirror now just disappear off to the side and dissolve away. And now, looking around you in the market...notice what’s going on around you. What do you notice is happening right now?
L: There’s...some kind of riot, I think.
K: Okay.
L: There...a lot of poor people were angry at people like me. And I just...I just look at them like they’re animals. I don’t even care. I don’t care what happens to them.
K: And what happens next in this place?
L: I...I just moved into a tunnel.
K: Okay?
L: There’s tunnels that go under the city.
K: You went in there?
L: Yeah.
K: Is there a reason you went in there?
L: I was just...there all of a sudden.
K: Okay, so you moved yourself into that place. And are these tunnels known to a few people, or are they for everyone to use?
L: Not many people.
K: Okay, only a few people. And do they lead somewhere?
L: Yeah.
K: And are you going there now?
L: Yeah.
K: Okay. Go where you’re going now in these tunnels, and let me know when you’ve gotten to the place you’re going.
L: It’s a meeting...it’s...there’s people there I don’t think are human.
K: Uh huh...
L: There...there’s something really off about them.
K: Something off?
L: Yeah, they don’t seem all the way human.
K: So have you met them there before?
L: Yeah, we work together. Not hardly anyone knows about it.
K: What are you working together on?
L: Uh...the slaves are all getting angry. It’s all...falling apart. (deep, heavy sigh) It didn’t work out right and the slaves are revolting and...and they just left me.
K: Who left you? The beings under the tunnels?
L: Yeah. They abandoned me there because they didn’t like how it was going, and I...I was the one who...who had to take the fall for it.
K: Uh huh...What are the slaves used for?
L: Building...and everything. I mean, slaves were common. All the things I didn’t want to do.
K: Who are these beings?
L: They...they came and...people knew about them at first, before I was there, but over a long time they had to stop showing themselves. They started working through people. I think...maybe...some of them came into human bodies, because they couldn’t keep walking around like that...it was...the times changed. It just...it wasn’t...it wouldn’t do anymore, and they were still controllng everything...I think when I met with them I was seeing their...astral...
K: Their astral bodies?
L: They would be there, but not in their bodies, you know?
K: They would project themselves there?
L: Yeah.
K: They would project their astral body there?
L: I don’t know we just...we had an empire, and we were...running it.
K: Were they doing anything else on the earth besides helping the cities to get built...were they doing other operations as well?
L: Everywhere. Lots of places.
K: Were they doing other activities besides building?
L: Magic...Types of...they, uh...they wanted to make people like them, I think, while humans were still young...they wanted to influence they way they developed so that they could just have another planet in their empire.
K: Uh huh. And who are these beings? Where are they from? Do you know?
L: (points at ceiling)
K: Up...up there? Outside, or...?
L: They’re....they’re from...home.
K: They have a home...And so, what is their main philosophy...how they do things that you can sense as you work with them?
L: The strong should have the power. They wanted to weed out the strong...If you’re too weak to get power then you don’t deserve to have it.
K: Okay. And what are their feelings toward you, or their approach toward you that you can feel when you go there on that day in the tunnel?
L: They’re really unhappy with the way things are going...and...I want to leave. I want to go back, but they won’t let me.
K: They won’t let you? What happens next?
L: They just...they left me. And...I think eventually the people killed me. They just overthrew everything. They killed everyone in charge, and I...I died like a servant.
K: These beings didn’t help, they just left...
L: They felt like it was my fault. I hadn’t done a good enough job keeping the people under control, so they just left me to them.
K: And were you from that same planet? That same place that they were from, or were you from earth and they got you to work for them?
L: I’m not sure.
K: Did you belong with them? You said they left you there...
L: I think...I was in a human body. I was mad, because, once I was a human they treated me like I was less, even though I was one of them.
K: Yeah, so you were one of the ones who went into a human body, and then they left you there?
L: They were...they were supposed to take me back, and they just...they said I was weak, that I’d gotten weak.
K: Okay. I’d like to ask you now, is there more information to learn from this day you went into the tunnel and you knew what was going to happen later, or is it time to move to the last day of your life in that life, to the time of your death? Can we do that? Okay. So I’m going to count to three and when I reach three, you’ll automatically be at that time, when you’re dying in that lifetime, but you don’t have to feel it as you’re making a transition, and we’ll learn from it, and you can be outside the body watching if you need to or want to.
One...two..three...you’re there now, automatically there, the time and place of your death there in that lifetime, as the rich person, attempting to do what was given to him to do, but some things had not gone right, according to the plan, and it’s the last day of your life, and the time of death, and you don’t have to feel anything or experience anything...you can watch it, but what is happening at the time of your death?
L: I went into hiding. They finally found me and they just...tore me apart. They just...just with...they just beat me to death and tore me apart.
K: So I’d like you now to move up, to let your spirit and soul to move up and up and out of that body, above that scene, like, above the buildings, and you’re looking around now, your spirit, and it’s over now, but what do you know now? What do you understand looking down on that place, that time? What do you understand now, from your higher perspective just above?
L: It all just seems ridiculous...It seems like...just...ridiculous...They...they have no idea what it’s like to be human. They’ve never been human.
K: So did they have, like, unrealistic expectations?
L: Yes. Most of us...we went into the human bodies and it messed all of us up. It’s just...it’s too different. Everything is too different. They’re too different from us.
K: So...let yourself go up a little higher now, drifting up as a spirit or soul, like above the clouds, higher in the sky, and looking down there, on the earth from that vantage point, what do you understand now about the Earth civilization that you’d been a part of there?
L: They’re stronger than we ever imagined.
K: Yeah? And what do you feel about yourself going into that? That body, that society...what do you feel now, looking down on it from high up in the sky?
L: It’s humbling.
K: Yeah. Did you learn anything new?
L: I had to learn how to be strong in a different way. Because...I took too much for granted. Instead of cultivating my own power I just relied on what I already had, and I...I didn’t try to get better, I just thought I was better than everyone, and I paid the price for it.
K: That’s good to know. Now, letting yourself go higher now, higher up above the earth plane...high above the earth, where even higher understanding can come...that place between where the earth and planetary plane ends and where the soul realm begins...high up, you can see the stars and planets...the light reflecting off of them, twinkling around your soul or spirit as you rest high above now. You look down on the earth and you see it as a planet, and you’re now at the gateway, really, to the soul realm, and as you look down on planet Earth now, do you have any higher understanding, even higher than before that occurs to you now?
L: I see the good things.
K: The good things?
L: It doesn’t just look like a shithole from this perspective. I can’t see all the dirt and the...the sickness. It’s...beautiful.
K: It’s beautiful? There’s more to it than just the work you were in charge of, isn’t there?...What else do you notice about the planet? Planet Earth?
L: They’re building the pyramids. It was a long time ago...I was...I decided to stay.
K: You decided to stay? Okay.
L: I didn’t want to go back after they did that to me. I wanted to learn the kind of strong that humans were.
K: Hmm. So you stayed on earth after that and had more lives?
L: Yeah.
K: But this one was important?
L: Yeah.
K: I’d like to ask now, from where your vantage point is, high up, where you can see all around you the universe and the Earth below you, I’d like to ask the heart of Elijah to come once more and touch the heart of your soul that experienced this abandonment, this death...of being torn apart...knowing that you tried to do good, and you did learn strength, and you did your very best...and I’d like to ask the heart of Elijah to touch the heart of your soul and make healing contact there...an impression of deep healing upon your soul, to dissolve away, washing away, the effects of what you experienced there at the end of that life. And just feel that touch. It goes throughout all your lifetimes. It goes deep to the heart of those experiences and heals them from your soul. Just take a moment now, to absorb that love, that healing, from this high being, come to touch you now, and let me know when you feel the healing effects of his touch. Okay, good. There is nothing that can’t be healed. Everything can be healed. Thank you, the heart of Elijah.
And now, at this gateway at the soul realm, I’d like to ask the angels of the white light to come now, if you’re willing, and to surround your spirit with a beautiful white light, and it cleanses you and heals you further, in all parts of your being, across all lifetimes, and increases your awareness of spirit beings come to help you at this place, at the gateway, and of anything else you need to know right now. And let me know, your being now is sending out a signal that is your unique soul frequency in all directions...and those beings that worked with you, that already visited with you, some of them in the temple, may come now, or others, to come and talk with you now, at this gateway to the soul realm...the place where souls are healed and are learning. K: Who is there?
L: Fahlen.
K: Fahlen? And does he say anything now, now that you’ve learned more?
L: He stayed too, but not in a body.
K: He stayed? Okay.
L: He’s not in a physical body, but he stayed with us. There were...several of us that stayed.
K: Are you aware now...is he helping you be aware of any of these other ones who stayed? Do you know them in this lifetime?
L: Some of them.
K: Uh huh. And who are they?
L: [name].
K: Who?
L: [name]. And...[lists several names]
K: Oh...so many that you were with and are still with in this life...
L: We kind of stayed together. [name] got it really bad. They...He had it worse than I did.
K: Yeah. Can Fahlen tell you if you’ve been resolving and working to resolve some of the karma from that? What can he tell you about that?
L: Well, I’ve stopped killing people. (laughs) He said that’s good. I just...I got into wars a lot.
K: In earth lifetimes?
L: Because that’s what I knew.
K: And then now you’re not. Yeah. That’s good. What else can he tell you, now that you’ve seen that life and what happened?
L: He says that...we’re seeds. We’re...what we do is...it changes the ones who left us, too. Our...memory complex...they tried to cut us off but we still influence them. We change, they change, but...they also...we feel them. It’s hard.
K: You feel them?
L: So much...it’s an old, old system, and they...they don’t want to change, and it...
K: Is it declining in influence? Is it transforming in some way, that system?
L: Some of it.
K: Some of it?
L: I don’t think we’ll get all of them, but...maybe some.
K: I’d like to ask Fahlen a question. I’d like to ask if the pain in the ovaries is connected with this experience or lifetime that was experienced and seen?
L: No, that was later.
K: Later?
L: She was raped, and hated herself because she wasn’t strong.
K: Oh, the idea of being strong again.
L: She had a child and it died and...then she died of...I think Syphilis.
K: This is another lifetime?
L: Yeah...This is why we don’t incarnate as a woman. Because they were always treated weak, and she wanted to [be strong]...
K: So this pain in Lynn now is from that lifetime, and I’d like to ask if that’s something we can heal now. Does it need to be there anymore, that pain? Has the lesson been learned?
L: She knows she’s strong now.
K: Okay, so can that pain issue be released now?
L: Yes.
K: I’d like to ask Fahlen to help us make a connection with Lynn’s higher self right now. Can he help us do that, so that we can do this healing now?
L: Yeah.
K: Okay. I’d like Lynn’s consciousness now to just come to a resting state and assist us as the higher consciousness of Lynn, the soul consciousness that sees across all lifetime and across all space and time, and is the higher consciousness in constant touch with the One Infinite Creator...I’d like that high consciousness of Lynn to come in now and speak with me and with Fahlen, and with Fahlen’s assistance, I’d like to ask this high consciousness of Lynn to come in now...and am I speaking now with the high consciousness of Lynn- of all her soul entities?
L: Yeah.
K: Yes? Thank you. I’d like to ask the high consciousness, the high self of Lynn, and all her soul entities, to let the high healing energies flowing down from the One Infinite Creator to come down into Lynn’s being now and dissolve this pain and distortion now, with the ovaries and female reproductive system of Lynn, and bring it to a rightness of being, in this time and place of Lynn’s lifetime, since the lesson has been learned, all the lessons learned, and this condition no longer needs to be in Lynn’s body, for the lesson has been learned. It has been stated on the soul level, and it is time now, and I’d like to ask, with Fahlen’s assistance, for this higher consciousness of Lynn now....are you ready now to let this beautiful High Creator energy to come in now and heal you of this condition?
L: Yes
K: Alright, and it’s flowing now. It flows now throughout the being of Lynn, on the finer cellular level, the DNA level, all the way up through the denser level of the tissues and the reproductive system itself, and all the systems of Lynn on the physical and emotional level, and the mental level...receive this high energy now that is healing, restoring and dissolving away pain...dissolving away the condition that no longer needs to be there...
And now, just take a moment, high self, and Lynn’s consciousness, to absorb this healing asked for and received...and let me know when the healing effects are fully received, and anything else that we need to know about this today.
L: You’re on the right track Lynn. You’re not doing nearly as bad of
a job as you think. We...we love you so much...She knows what she’s doing.
K: Yeah, she does.
L: She just has to admit it to herself.
K: She’s strong in a new, good way, isn’t she?
L: Yeah.
K: She can face things, and heal things...Anything else you’d like to tell Lynn?
L: We’ll help her...when she draws. More will come out that way, when she draws. We’ll help her make pictures of it.
K: Okay. And how is the healing going? Is this something that can be healed fully today, or is this something that needs some time, in human terms, for the healing to be fully realized?
L: Some of it is already done. Some will...take a while.
K: Will you work with her, like in her sleep to keep healing her?
L: Yes.
K: I’ve heard that sleep is a good time for the higher self to come in and heal...continue healing. And can that be so for her?
L: Yes.
K: And what else does she need to do to help her healing?
L: Stop criticizing herself.
K: Okay. Yeah.
L: She’s the only one who thinks she’s doing a bad job. They’re all like that...they’re proud, but...she’s doing a good job.
K: Yeah, she is. And what about the medication- the hormones that she takes? Is that something that over time can be let go of if she chooses? It won’t be needed anymore?
L: In time.
K: Will she know?
L: Yes.
K: Okay. Will you help her realize it?
L: Yes.
K: Can she go to the doctor and get confirmation on that?
L: Yes.
K: Okay...[name] had said to her trust that you know what you’re doing, and you’re telling her the same thing. You’re telling her she knows she’s doing the right thing...she’s on the right track. Is there anything else you would tell her now?
L: There’s...there’s many with her. She’s made a large impression...and there are many gathered around...they are excited to see her progress.
K: Yeah. She’s making a lot of progress in this lifetime?
L: Yes.
K: And how is the healing going for today? Is there more you’d like to do right now, or is it time for us to come back?
L: It’s time to come back.
K: But we know that you’ll be there with her always and in her sleep, continuing the healing?
L: Yes.
K: Okay. And about when will she be able to feel...is there a time frame you can give her for a turning point when she’ll feel very different in her reproductive system, or it will feel better?
L: A few weeks.
K: A few weeks. Good. It helps humans to know what to look forward to...And now I’d like to thank you higher self, thank you. Any one final message for Lynn that you’d like to give?
L: Trust yourself as much as we trust it...You were...We didn’t let you do this job because we didn’t trust you. (laughs)
K: Yeah...And so that Lynn understands, could you say to her, in words she can understand, who are you, high self? High consciousness? How would you say who you are so that she knows?
L: One in many, many in one. She knows what that means.
K: Yes. Okay, and so now is it time to bring her back?
L: Yes.
