Free Reiki Healing

There are always people who do Reiki that offer it to wherever it is needed.
So a lot of Reiki energy exists out there if you need it.

In meditation, just open yourself to receiving Reiki.
You have to keep your mind on it though for it to keep flowing.

One group does a 10 minute Reiki healing for whoever needs it every day at 4:30pm GMT.
You just have to open yourself in meditation to receiving the Reiki.

It's great for emotional and physical issues or situations.

I'm using it to help with my breathing, because I just came off a cold, and it's still a little bit hard to breathe at times.
It makes me cough. I may have some bronchitis. It should be better within a week to a month, but maybe faster with Reiki.

Just wanted others to know that it's always available. You just need to open yourself to receiving it in meditation.

This is my own observation, since I am attuned to Reiki III. I haven't read anywhere else that it is available all the time.
Usually people request sessions to be done in real time by a person.

But I often send Reiki to where it is needed. Just sometimes I am under the weather and need a boost.

It is a Japanese healing modality. It uses energy to heal pain, emotional issues and more.

Here is a free Reiki healing video. I haven't watched it, but Reiki is pretty standard.

I watched about 1/2 the video, and that was all I needed. I don't really have pain that needs healing.
And it was like 40 minutes long, so that was more than I needed.
But if you have pain, it might be worth the whole thing.
I felt it strongly in my 3rd eye and in the bridge of my nose.

I think there is a bit more to Reiki than just energy transfer, personally, but if you just need an energy boost then it is always there, sure. Not everyone knows how or has an easy time receiving just by themselves so an assisting channel can be useful.

I actually have seen the opinion that anybody can use it anytime just because quite a lot and largely I do agree with it, with exceptions. I do think that you can increase 'proficiency' through practice, what would be called 'crystallization' of the individual in the Law of One. I also think that some people can have a 'talent' for channeling energy.

Personally I think that specialization is a regular part of our species and it shouldn't be unusual that people have unique skills and that there is a necessity for sharing them among ourselves. Not everyone has the capacity or leaning to become a doctor or healer but neither would it necessarily be useful if every single person was one.

In short, I agree with you, but I also think that you can 'develop' this ability in ways that go beyond 'the basics'.
