Okay, so, based on what ive posted recently i only feel somewhat defensive but not psychotic, however its always a good idea to ask the people around you what they perceive, ive had a psychotic episode in the past but i felt a lot more physically ill and there was a definitive presence I could describe as "Dark storm" instead of just random thoughts. So, based on your knowledge of me, my long posting history and my up until recently fairly spotless record. Am I having a psychotic episode or am I just being agitated by new information. Comments welcome.

    Edit:
Maybe talk to someone in person, or seek professional help if you feel in distress because I don't think we can answer that.

Nobody on this forum is qualified to diagnose you, if you are seriously worried about being psychotic, you should seek help with someone in person, like blossom said.

My opinion is that you got a taste of the troll bug and are enjoying the attention. This doesn't necessarily mean you are psychotic. It does mean it seems like you are enjoying causing problems for the sake of causing problems, whether or not that is a normal or desirable personality trait is for you to decide either alone, or with a trained professional.

Fighting against authority isn't a mental illness, but choosing where to pick your battles requires a big dose of discernment.

My advice is get out of your head, away from the computer for a while, get some exercise, enjoy nature, help out a friend with some mundane task, stop analyzing—and then see how you feel. If you still feel messed up, follow Blossom's advice.

Was working today so couldn’t get on here but try not to get scared.

Like Diana said getting out of your head could help. We all need to do that. maybe struggling with this metaphysical stuff is stressing you and you could use a bit of a distraction.

You are in a rural area, perfect for a nice walk or to sit under a tree with a dog.
I hope your stress level drops. Probably if you need to break a mental or emotional pattern a good plan would be stepping away from the stuff that was bringing it on.

I don’t know anything about episodes but know how much just unplugging for a bit and reconnecting with nature can help. Feel better.

If it doesn’t help maybe a doctor would help.

You don't seem psychotic to me in person. Not sure if you're handling your anxiety well.
