I come to bring a message of hope and peace. If you find this message resonating with you, I am glad, if not, I wish you peace and harmony and stay strong in these times.

It is time, the term "super ego" in psychology, and the term "ahankaar" in spirituality/hindi. This "identity," that have chosen for you, and the actions that carried out in your incarnations. It is time to let it go. You will watch as it dissolve through your own meditation, or through "events" that are unfolding in your life.

The harder you hold on to it, the more you exert authoritative, control, power, and justification to "enforce" order on others... the more you will see the dissemination of this energy.

The complexity of the "masks" it carries is vast and infinite, it comes in forms of "protection" and "counter measure." To the point where itself and the "true light" is almost inseparable. (well, the oneness of it's all essentially.)

But the one "distinct" antidote of such energy is that it cannot stop you to "let go" of the past and future, and remain at the present, to remain still and calm, and to seek within yourself, because that is where all distortion harmonize.

Negative energy does not want that, because if you do so, then what makes for it's purpose and existence? if you don't need to claw at them for your salvation, then why even play the role of "negative"?

Meditation, focus within, and understand that,

You, me, the infinite creator and all energy is right here with you.
