Just now as a customer walked in interrupting my meditation in back, I opened my eyes to a sight I haven't seen in Months.

Love!  The Moment, or.  Its this sparkly/grainy (starts grainy) overlay to reality of...Its like seeing a tv overlaid on your vision but the static goes from translucent to transparent and sparkly (invisible sparkes I can't even explain it better than that LOL)

And now as I type its already gone away.  It was.

Nice.  Seeing things as they were.  For a moment I feel peaceful
Like Hell stepped back to let me breath fresh air.  Its given me a sensation of Alpha waves beginning the grainy view and slowly pulls into The Moment, going into theta isn't necessary for me but I think its because the few times I do, something extranormal happens.

I am STILL confuzzled as to my 16 Year old meditation experience with suddenly hearing a resonant (vibratory?) Female voice say, "no repair".  To this day I think it meant to say No Repair Needed but I cut it off at No Repair, cause you know.  A clearly external voice just said things in my brain for the first time in my human experience.

I haven't had similar experiences yet, all the other voices were clearly my own disassociated or actual aidful thoughts from guides (who I assume can insert thoughts to help push me, who I also attribute strongly to my clock syncs)

Has anyone else ever noticed 'extra' or 'additional' sensory inputs 'activating' from meditations and then gradually wearing off after you stop?

    Nice that you meditate.

I'm going to be trying a meditation CD to help with my meditations, that sounds like rain.

I have a hard time keeping in meditation, so I do so with yoga, in fact I can even sit Full Lotus without pain now.

I tried to make it daily but home life on weekends makes that impossible.  I used to meditate to a 23 minute Mooze electronica remix of NIN's song Only when meditating.

I can't anymore though.  I've thought about buying some kind of atmospheric ambiance audio files.  Rain, storms, wind, and snow blowing all are music to my ears.

I wish it would rain longer here (in the desert) so I could meditate to its sound...

    Do you not meditate?

Are you the one that got the book of 2500 yoga poses?

I spent $180 on a set of 3 DVDs of yoga workouts. Came with a mat and a heartrate monitor.

But hard to stay motivated because it's the same workout each MWF.

I do meditate some days, but I don't get very deep. This CD I ordered is supposed to use binaural beats to entrain the mind into alpha or theta state. It was much cheaper than the Holosync. Now I just need to find some good headphones.

2100 'Asanas', so far the book has both delighted and disappointed.

The mat I bought has very greatly delighted me!  I enjoy repeating things (...wait, I also hate repeating things), I like doing the same starter in yoga to stretch out to go into deeper poses (convuluted twists and bends honestly) and I'm really only doing it because I don't want to spend 10$ a month on a gym membership I'll never use cause I'm super anxious about looking stupid haha

I would buy a treadmill but...I have no space to put it anywhere except the living room.

Binaural beats, I once tried to use those when I was 12 to get my (highly complicated-relationship childhood friend/second gf/girl who molested me enough growing up/idk as I said, highly complicated relationship) to consider letting me touch her for a change, the audio was supposed to Arouse.

Worked but didn't get to touch nothing haha

I could see them working for meditation, I'd say just don't become totally and completely reliant on it unless its the only thing that works for now.

...man.  I have a weird life.
