The name of a book sometimes mentioned here, about dream travel. "macroworld"

I read a book that kind of covers the Law of One, its about a guy with 2 friends who goes to bed and wakes up in this other world where there is the "island of the micro people" and land of the macro people, the main char meets with people in the macro world and they eventually take him to see the micro island and he gets captured and dies in the end.

Anyone remember the name of the book, looking for a reread and to link to a friend.
