Seeing Love All Around Us

We may not always feel love, but love is all around us. Love is in the ground that supports us, the sunlight that provides the energy in our food, the oxygen in the air we breathe which supports our metabolic life. It's in the shelter of our homes, the warmth of our clothes, the beauty of nature all around us, and even in the convenience of myriad technology. Our bodies provide us with a vehicle for physical experience and with our consciousness we have that experience. Every person on Earth who our lives cross paths with is an opportunity to share in this love. It's not just an idea or a disposition, it's also a tangible reality. May we recognize love is all around us, receive it with gratitude, and experience it all in joy.
