there has recently been a change in my spiritual journey. The pressure i have been having in my head suddenly vanished(mainly in the brow chakra) and everything seems lighter.

Felt like the energy is going upward. I have been very silent vocally during this phase and usually don't move when am experiencing these moments.

I only experience it few hours a day now. if i get too much in the real world, i lose it.

has anyone experience it? is this experience related to the harvest.

I have felt very strange the last couple of days. Apart from constant left ear ringing for 2 days, even during the night, I've felt very calm and quiet. Yesterday I felt quite surreal. I don't know how to explain it other than a very deep sense of peace and calm, with a light undercurrent of psychic greeting. The left ear ringing only stopped last night. And I don't feel like talking to anyone either. Less talk, more telepathy....

I have been feeling what has been described for awhile now, it began during the middle of the year and seams to be developing over time.

Started with dull headaches in specific parts of my head, for a period there was a dull pain in my frontal lobes, then on the side and back of my head and even sometimes my jaw/nose area would be achy and generally tight and uncomfortable.

To be honest it feels very similar to being on drugs like weed or lsd, hard to describe but it's the same feeling of something changing in the brain chemistry..... doesn't feel the same just similar. On top of this I can feel energy or vibrations over my whole body subtly much more so then before. There have been several periods where my body and mind has felt exhausted for days on end and not much thinking or activity is sought after, I spent most of those times sleeping while not at work.

So I also noticed I can feel the vibration or energy of other objects without touching it with my hand, especially tree's, I will raise my hand next to a tree and slowly bring it closer to the tree and pick up a denser feeling of energy to the point where it gives my hand a slight tingle when I get close enough to the tree, ditto with animals/humans although each feeling is slightly different the tree being the easiest to feel so far.

In regards to the mental side I have noticed I either have less thoughts or my thoughts are more centred and refined to relevant topics, I have found I spend much less time imagining things and much more time thinking about how to achieve things in reality.

So I would say this is simply the developing of perhaps the 4d body if I'am dual activated, or if I'am not perhaps it is just the genetic changes to help birth the new 4d vehicle in the generations to come.

Or perhaps I'am being prepared to ascend back to 6th density by 21/12 but I don't really see any sense in that anymore, something I whole heartedly believed (hoped) in before any of these bodily effects began.

Yes i've been doing meditation if you can call it that lol. I try to keep my mind blank when i'm concious and just be.

Usually when i get this feeling, i have no body pain. I feel lighter inside. Breathing is a lot easier. I get completely silent and stay in the same position i am for a long moment while completely concious. The real world, worries, seemed distant in that moment.

During the day it just come instantly, usually late afternoon.

Yes i've been doing meditation if you can call it that lol. I try to keep my mind blank when i'm concious and just be.

To make sure what you do has an escalading effect, just keep focusing on your focus (center vision, or just any "same point" in space) as much as possible.
Doing that require more and more concentration, as you have concentrated more and more energies unto the same general area... Which in turn makes you more active around indigo (i assume that is all of yours' primary goal).

But the more energies you are carrying within your indigo area, the more fluffy softpink ("universal love", overtone of the thymus) energies may be carried as a counterweighing force (focusing ont he forehead or focus increases the cap, focusing on the pituitary makes sure you are there)...

The thymus area is an intresting one, its quantitative energyflow (determined by the sacrum) is equaly distributed across the entire spectrum (except the sacrum)... note that the more quantity demanding energies wont be affected much by a medium or low flow.

...The indigo-ray balancing is quite central to the type of work which revolves about the spirit complex, which has its influx then into the transformation or transmutation of third density to fourth density, it being the energy center receiving the least distorted outpourings of love/light from intelligent energy and having also the potential for the key to the gateway of intelligent infinity...
