Hey, my name's Bryse and I'm 17. I've been interested in the LOO for about a year or two, and found these forums through the site.
I currently go to high school and wish to study by working in these kinds of fields surrounding healing and astrology as general terms, in the future.
I am fascinated with the written work of Rudolph Steiner and the esoteric sciences in general, as well as many other influential teachers of enlightenment towards me (Ram Dass, John Perkins, Alan Watts, and more)
I hope to get to know many of you through your views and opinions, and to understand where you come from in life. Cool

What do you think? Do you like me, or do you think I'm full of bull? Blush

    Hello brother,

Being likable has nought to do with being full of bull, and there is no way for us to discern if such is true anyway.

We welcome all with open arms, and as such you are welcome. I look forward to your participation Smile

Hi Bryse! I notice we're getting more high school & college age members lately. I wonder why that is? Are people your age turning more to metaphysical studies in general? Or is it just a few seekers that happen to be interested in these things?

Do you mean bring4th, llresearch, or another site?

What a cool ambition. That ambition gives you something in common with Don Elkins, since it was a major theme of his discussions with Ra.

You are getting into some deep stuff there. Good for you!

Haha, I like to think we're past the stage of "righteously judging" others as so, so, so many others do on our planet. As Eckhart Tolle said "Reducing the Aliveness of another down to a mental construct is already a form of violence."

    Welcome! BigSmile

Yes isn't Eckhart Tolle such a tremendous modern day influence on spirituality I enjoy his work too, and that quote very very much resonates with me as well

I can pretty much say that if he didn't allow those books to come about through him, I wouldn't be at the stage of awakening that I'm at now. The message that he delivers comes at a crucial time, I think. Smile

I'd like you even if you were full of bull. I think we're all pretty full of it when you look at the grand scope of things. As Carla says, "We're all bozos on this bus." We're all just trying to do what we can, and the cool thing is that that's what's important.

    Hope you enjoy the forum!

    Hello Om and Forum Members,
Im also new to this forum , so it seems we are never alone.
I have just finished reading some of the Ra material , which makes me think of our own bodies. (cells, bloody supply, brain and so forth) ,as being akin to a microcosm of the Creator ( who is the macrocosm) and the gesalt of infections or ( negitive beings ) who work to stimulate growth and and improve body or Creative function, just like infections do for our immune systems.
    Any thoughts?.

    Greetings Om.

We like you 'full of light' as you say Wink for all matter is a manifestation of light in variant degrees of vibration. May I offer a question to your reflection? When something is burnt by fire, where does the light come from?
Rudolf Steiner was indeed an enlightened one and he left many beautiful and deep thoughts as well as a good deal of practical deeds, the biodynamic system, schools, Weleda, etc.
Welcome to the forum; we are all here perfectly imperfect and perfectly ourselves, in truth, a perfect paradox of temporal eternity in action. BigSmile
