Love is the affinity the creation feels towards Creator. The creation is the Creator experiencing itself, so when we feel love we recognize and feel that underlying unity of the creation. In 3D our love is usually limited to those we know and resonate with, because in terms of our perception of reality we are most able to recognize the Creator in those most like us. The lesson of 4D is to recognize the Creator in all of the creation, and thus feel Love and affinity towards all. When we feel affinity/Love for the totality of the creation we embody the Law of One.

Wisdom is the understanding gained by the Creator experiencing itself. I would note that Wisdom must be differentiated from cleverness. Wisdom must be balanced with Love, because only when understanding is informed by the recognition of the inherent affinity of the Creator seeking to understand itself is the intellect fully informed. Thus, one who is Wise and Loving will understand the self in a way that recognizes the divinity of each. Understanding without Love is mere cleverness, where the intellect is used as a tool to achieve the goals of the individuated ego.

Something I realized fairly far along the way: Some people will not let me love them, even if I want to. The ones who will accept my love are giving me a greater gift, even, than to love me. Usually it goes both ways to some extent, but it is strange to be very involved with someone who will not let go but will not accept love from the one he holds on to so tightly.

No one can stop you from loving them -- this is an inner event. But they can make it difficult for you to express it and they can refuse to reciprocate when given the opportunity. This means, of course, that nothing you do can guarantee that the other person knows you love them.

Loving unconditionally can be very a lonely excursion.

    Thanks for your help.

By the way, I have already done of search of LOO material and did not find an answer sufficiently simple for me to understand.

Just my personal subjective distillations, caycegal --

Love= When you see an other individual in deep pain, or in the grip of some extraordinary emotion or action due to some reason, love is then the understanding to know and realize that if you were in the very same position of events and circumstances through the trail of time to the present moment, very much likely, you too would look as pitiable and helpless (or may be even disgusting) as the person you are beholding in that peculiar state to be in.

In other words, love is the self-realization that
Quote:You are every thing, every being, every emotion, every event, every situation. (extracted from the LOO, 1.7)

Wisdom= The sober understanding that just as you have the option and the freedom to walk away from the pain or peculiar emotion of another individual without feeling or appreciating even an iota of the inner turmoil or angst of that person, so too can the rest of the folks around do to you when you are in a position of great distress and utter helplessness.

In other words, wisdom is the realization that one has to contemplate and probably accept, despite inner revolt in the face of the thought that reeks of apparent injustice, that the universe provides entities with the option to
Quote:...toss back the head in grim laughter, preferring the darkness. (extracted from the LOO, 80.15)

My favorite Ra piece where Ra mentions the difference between love and wisdom is this one:

"On the other hand, however, you are correct in your assumption that the green ray response is not as refined as that which has been imbued with wisdom. This wisdom enables the entity to appreciate its contributions to the planetary consciousness by the quality of its being without regard to activity or behavior which expects results upon visible planes."

But as Ra mentioned elsewhere love and wisdom are not different things but faces of the same coin. Smile

Wisdom might be: You are the one Infinite Creator. You do not need to attach to anything, you are perfect. Realise the nature of the observer.

Love is like: You are a perfect being and I accept you flaws and all. I am attracted to you because you are beautiful, and I want you, consider your feelings. Etc. Perhaps that is a little wise. It is probably wordless.
