i am travelling upcountry for the weekend, n right this very moment, i witnessed a terrible traumatizing road accident, a truck smashed a bus! its so terrible, the screams of children trapped inside, the dead bodies spread on the road, the limbless bodies..Oh God am wondering, why did i have to see this? what lesson am i supposed to learn from such?

Hi tsh, your question may have been rhetorical, but if I can try to articulate, I think what we are supposed to learn from such situations, is to accept the parts of our 3D experience that involve gore, death, and tragedy, at least enough to the point where when we are confronted with them face-to-face in our local sphere, that we are able to offer love and light to the situation in the moment, instead of more fear and trauma by our own reactions. Of course, this is way easier said than done, but this is what I believe we are supposed to learn from such situations.
