    Hello everyone Smile

I came across your community mostly by chance, but I feel like there are people here who would appreciate the information I'd like to share. My life's work is teaching traditional yoga, I have a crash course style introduction to the core Yoga teachings here on my site: traditionalkriyayoga.com/about

Most of what's there isn't available anywhere else online. Thank you for your time.

It's a great book, and very interesting! Honestly though I would take it with a healthy grain of salt. It usually gets people interested in Yoga (especially kriya), which is good, but its only one persons perspective. Years ago I used to recommend it to people, but as I understood more and more about Yoga, I see it as more of a Yoga-themed novel.

This video mentions yoga. It's one of my favorites.

Is this what yoga is about?

Why, yes! I would say that's what Yoga is about. That video is very very close to the conceptual perspective gained through Yogic practices. The only difference would most likely be in perspective and interpretation, but that's a beautiful video!

    Nice video.

Is it true that satisfactions of the body distract the mind?

Once you're enlightened do you stay enlightened?
