I've been watching several hours of videos on creating your reality and infinite parallel realities, and it's been awesome. It made me feel empowered.
Maybe too much 4D energies coming in that you may be sensitive to.

Well, someone did threaten to put a gun in my face this morning, which didn't seem in the normal realm of vibrational activity around me.

Today I wore a protection necklage I bought months ago for first time because I thought I had interference with my thoughts yesterday and it was annoying me.

IMO its simply 4D energies. It's been really ramping up the last couple weeks. I can really feel it. It will make things that you previously didn't find "vibrationally irritating" seem more pronounced. Months before, you might have had some things that were just mildly uncomfortable, but now a little resistance can seem very unpleasant because we are en-training to higher and higher vibrations. It is sort of analogous to having a small rock in your shoe that you didn't notice, but now that you know its there you can't NOT know it and its slowly driving you mad. This is happening all over the world right now. There is going to be increased violence in people that can't find a way to get the metaphorical rocks out of their shoes. Introspection is gradually getting more and more important in our world.

I've been doing a lot of introspection lately and I feel like I'm on the verge of madness from it.

Gotta balance work and play. It's important. You're allowed time to "sleep" - what is sleep but rest? The problem with sleep is that most forget to reawaken. But you won't forget. You'll be ready to go again when you're charged up.
