Ways I heal others and myself

I listen to some audio to raise my vibration and lock it in there.
Then I imagine the person inside my field exactly.
Pretty soon their vibration will rise up to match mine.
I don't use separate crystals, because all healing comes from within.
Besides we are mostly water which is a crystal in itself.

I might feel little pains that I know are coming from them, but I just wait that out and they go away.
I did study Reiki, but I don't use my hands because it's hard to keep my palms up in my lap.
That takes conscious effort because it's not natural. Hands down is natural, but if you're doing that
you're sending the energy into your legs.

I use Universal Love of the least distorted version. I might visualize a white pyramid of light around them
to protect them from dark entities. I've heard that in the light, a person can become invisible to darker entities.
I don't exorcise demons though. I just help the person raise their vibration so they can heal themselves.

My mom has fibromyalgia and a bad thyroid, and arthritis that I know about. So if others could chip in to help
heal her, that would be great.

She's working with QHHT, but that requires her to hypnotize others in order for the collective consciousness to work on her.
I believe in a light trance you can affect healing yourself. Particularly if you tap into Earth's crystal grid.

I realize I've healed enough when the vibration starts to make me feel dizzy and light headed. Then I ground.

It's a soft way of healing. QHHT can move bones and stuff like that. I just work on raising someone's vibration till the disease
cannot live there any longer.

Now if it's in their life contract to experience pain and such, there's nothing really I can do for them.
