    Episode #94

    In this episode, we discuss:
    - How can we maintain the experience of unity day to day?
    - Ego and personality.
    - How do we help people addicted to suffering?
    - What is a kundalini experience?

    Really interesting episode.

I liked it when Jim talked about the simple, considerate things that we can do in our day to be STO. It's a nice reminder for when we may be feeling inadequate - to focus on serving the one you're with. It is the little things that count afterall.

It reminds me of a quote by mystic Meister Echkhart, "The outward work will never be puny if the inward work is great."

Just finished listening and like Louisabell  I loved that episode too.

Really interesting that thing about freud translation and the word ego used, it's kind of funny, that this word was then introduced and everyone may be using it slightly differently ?   The word was pretty nebulous to me, BigSmile, and I remember years ago checking its meaning in a dictionary, the dark age when we were learning things by checking paper dictionary...

I remember feeling then that ego was probably like the outside personage we wish to project of ourself to the outside world.  I love in the podcast how you guys speak of it as the small necessary pivot between outside and inside, so cool..  Wink
