The strangest surprise

So I had this problem, where I would try to create, but instead of creating in a focused manner, I would literally scatter as though I was many individuals creating many different aspects of the same thing from different directions.

Then, I got fluoride mouthwash.

Eureka. More of me, less of everyone else. Freedom from mental chatter. Able to focus. Less Eureka, but I can create soooooo much more easily.

It clouds my third eye, but I can re-clear that once I'm in the communities that I wish to be in, serving others how I wish to serve.

This should hit the spot if you're suffering from disorganization and mental/soul scatter.

Fluoride mouthwash did that for you? All it ever does for me is... well... I assume when I use it that it's helping my teeth.

That's really interesting. I guess some people use chemicals like DMT to expand their awareness (which perhaps stimulates the third eye) so it's good to know that there is something that can shut it down as well.

I used to use euthymol toothpaste for those who want a GOOD Flouride free toothpaste. For now, i have a fluoride mouthwash and have never noticed negative spiritual effects from it yet, I also grew up in an area with flouridated tap water. Flouride salts are present in many waters, even from nature, but adding artificial salts in god knows what numbers doesn't seem to me to be safe and I have always questioned it's safety and think it should never be added to tap water and there seems to be evidence it does cloud the third eye in some people. Given that the body is mostly water, i can believe we must be careful with Flouride and it should be out of tap water.

If Flouride helps you on your path though, fair play to you. Sounds like you are using it as a balancing agent? Interesting.

I did have notes on what can interfere with spiritual sight from channelings, i got nicotine and caffeine to be two substances which can,depending on the entity's make up. I found reduced levels of caffeine greatly improved dream recall and clarity of channelling, but being British i do not forgo tea entirely and I downright refuse to drink the decaff rubbish! Before a major session, i often abstain, though.

Sugar as well. The cocaine like effects where it scatters the frontal lobe also scattered my focus and thoughts.
