    thanks for sharing this, you share all kinds of great info! i've read an article on different types of fasting that says it can actually be hard on the body in many circumstances so i thought i'd share.

    "Short term water fasting is a helpful tool for some people in some circumstances. But it is definitely not for people who haven’t gotten to a point where their bodies are already pretty well cleaned out and who have healthy levels of nutrients in their bodies.

    On a water fast, people can sometimes experience moments of clarity and euphoria because of the adrenaline that’s released during water fasting so they want to keep going. Be careful. It’s better to do water fasts periodically—even once a month if you wish—but only for a couple days versus doing a longer water fast.

    Unfortunately, a lot of people try a water fast because they’re sick. They’ve often been sick for a while, are nutritionally deficient as a result and have viruses in their system. Under these conditions (or for people who try to water fast too long), the fast weakens the immune system. That allows the viruses that made people sick in the first place to proliferate, so people end up getting sicker as a result. Many people who fast, including fasting experts, don’t understand what’s really happening, and they mistakenly attribute the illness surge as a sign of detoxification."

    thank you schubert for adding this, yes, it's very important. really appreciate that.

    in my case, I'm following (part of) Marina Jacobi's teaching on detox, including distilled water fasting. she always say we need to do either of two things
    1) connect with you higher/inner self, let it guide you the fasting , detox process
    or
    2) doctor supervision.constant do medical checkup, make sure body is functioning normally.

    I am doing distilled water fasting 3 days a week now.

    it's ok. some people told me I lost some weight, might be true. I am trying to avoid too much physical exercise when fasting, if I had to, then I ate some organic honey by adding it to distilled water, to gain extra energy.

    but need to sleep at 8,9pm because the body feel very tired at 8pm. then wake up at 6,7am full of energy following day. i think this is a good thing, i always know stay late is bad for health, but still doing that. now i can stop it.
    the whole fasting thing is go back to 'normal' schedule, and our body restore its original full capacity, e.g. stronger immune system.

    on 3rd day, I am occasionally ate some organic honey by adding that to distilled water, to gain some energy. maybe I will stop that someday.

    Ah ok that means, you are fasting 3 days and 4 days of the week you are eating?
    THey say here that distilled water is not for consumption, but rather for ironing or use in machines ... but I wonder if it is the same distilled water as what it means in german.

    I have been drinking distilled water for several years, Marina's video has specific info on distill water, you may want to watch that. i know many people have doubt of that.

    if i don't have this distilled water foundation, i won't start 3-day distilled water fasting. every week, 3 days on distilled water only. 4 days distilled water plus food (should be juicing, but i'm not at that stage yet)

    last but not least, to do this safely, need either highself connection or doctor supervision.
