Summoning thought-forms of entities.

To give things context, Ra had said that they once appeared as a thought-form to many of their contacts preceding Carla and Jim. However, they have since chosen not to due to possible "distortions" in the contacts.

I assume that if an entity of extraterrestrial origin wanted to appear before anyone on this planet -- as a thought-form or otherwise -- they would need to be approved by The Council in regards to meeting anyone?

I think that's only in regards to conventional meetings. The wake-ups, thought forms, dreamwork, etc presence is allowed because their meaning is entirely derived from the suggestions offered through personal work using intuition and imagination.

There you go. I think there are several ways to appear for "those who have eyes to see." Form of thought..alignment with certain perspectives, ideas, imparting or pursuing the mystery. If you've come across the Ra Material and it interests you strongly, I'd call that contact. I've had enough experiences in the past two years alone to see how reality can be directly participative with your thoughts. They're in your very thoughts o_O
