when we are a baby, we survive best on mother's milk. It is appropriate for where we are.

when we get older, and grow some teeth, other food them becomes available to consume, and again, it is appropriate to who we are.

and as an adult, we can consume all things, and really have the full choice as to where to direct our attentions, and what to eat.

at each stage of our lives, there will be information and learnings that are most appropriate to where one is.

for eg, it might have been useful for me to come across the Ra Material at an earlier stage in my life, it might not have been. That is just conjecture looking backwards.

but there are channelings that speak to our current questions and current seeking, and there are even components and different areas of study in Ra themselves that speak to different people at different times.

if it is too hard or too boring or too technical; it is probably not appropriate for where one is; if it is too easy and predictable and non novel, then it again, is probably not appropriate to where one's seeking is.

the balance point is a fine level of challenge; where one is stimulated into new thoughts and new patterns of mind, and one has a sense of growth and progress. Something that is too difficult or too easy for where one is will not generate this steady sense of advancement in understandings.

so explore; there are many riches out there, not just Ra. And there are bits of Ra that may seem more tasty than others. Partake of it.

finding the appropriate spiritual food will ensure the quickest, and least frustrating sense of progress.

    peace and namaste,
