This is just a short introduction for me, I have work soon >.<

I'm glad I found this forum, it's in the domain I need to learn alot about.

I was a very active member of another forum on the web but it has degenerated into people ending up in arguments when a difference in opiion is met. It doesent need to be stated that that is not a good place to be.

Hopefully Bring4th will bring me what I will ask of it, and I will try my best to offer unto you all, all that I know and have.

You'll be seeing much more of me on these forums sometime soon Tongue

    Love and Light!
    Sirius

    Welcome Sirius.
Naturally we here argue too, but we are loving and accepting beings. We all have our subjective realities, and I respect all variations of these, thus no one is "right" or "wrong".

Enjoy your stay, my friend. Love and light to you. Heart

    I completely agree!
Even if there is a right or wrong, nobody on this planet is in a position to know definitively.

When a difference is found, there is uasually something to learn, rather than having somebody viciously defend thier ideas, which has become commonplace on the forum I just left.

Anyway, less nagativities! and more interesting posts! There is alot on my mind I need to get into text, and a million questions of my own beliefs, of which hopefully some of the users here can help me with.

Is anybody familiar with A Course in Miracles?

Ayadew, what is your avatar about?

    Love and Light,
    Sirius

To viciously defend one's ideas seems like a very common reaction. I've been the same for the longest time, but I chose to try to extract love from every moment, and view all things as more positive. In the example of meeting opposite ideas, it would for me be to honor and weight these against my own, for they are equally important and relevant.

If you construct my avatar in paper-form and use a scissor in some creative way my avatar's meaning may unfold to you.

Please remember, if you ever feel tired of learning, since you seem very full of energy, it is best to simply be at peace and ponder of that which you have learned. Do not feel down when your lust for learning has been seemingly sated.

Walk in peace and love, my friend.

    (PS. It's a pyramid! BigSmile)

    Hi Sirius,
I have tried to read 'A Course in Miracles' a couple of times. I seem to get stumped with the Text material section of the book. But I did enjoy the lessons in the Workbook for students section of the book. I found the exercises very enlightening. It got me to start seeing things around me quite differently.

    Welcome aboard!
