I'm definitely going to start eating some dark chocolate now to replace the 600+ calorie Double Stuffed Golden Oreo packs when I get those junk food cravings.

I'll try some sardines too and see how that goes. I always thought they were gross though. I can remember my dad eating those.

    1. Salmon
    2. Kale
    3. Seaweed
    4. Garlic
    5. Shellfish
    6. Potatoes
    7. Liver
    8. Sardines
    9. Blueberries
    10. Egg yolks
    11. Dark Chocolate

Kale is great.  I've started using Black Kale recently as well.

Cacao nibs are also easy to munch on too.

    Red kale for life!!!!!

Actually, never heard of black kale. If I see it, I'll try it!

Nevermind, just googled it, we call it Lacinato kale, or dinosaur kale. Red kale is still my fave. <3

    Never heard of those before.

I did find some really cool junkfood at the healthfood store today. Potato chips fried in olive oil w/sea salt!! That and dark chocolate are probably the only common junkfood that can be made way healthier. I ate almost the whole damn bag lol.

My girlfriend and I practically live off potatoes. Skins on, since they have most of the nutrients.

Monica used to sell Blue Green Algae, she's the expert on it.

I will say it has more concentrated energetic pockets than say spirulina or chlorella.

when taking it i do get deeper meditations.

I go with the jar, because it's also tachyonized, you can research it all you want i know it's a technology that is hidden on purpose.

basically the price differential between tachyonized vs non tachyonized from a different company is merely 5-10 dollars. might as well fork over an extra 5-10 dollars to get what looks like crystalized powder. it's very interesting, and it has a very complete nutrient profile.
