    - How and when do we share our spiritual thoughts and beliefs with others? And when is it beneficial to talk about the wanderer identity?

Just wanted to say thanks for a great episode, really interesting to hear your perspectives on this.

I can really relate to much of what you said. It is a lonely road for me when it comes to spirituality, but meditation is helping. The way you described the balancing with being independent and strong to this feeling of loneliness was very interesting and I will ponder that a bit in my next meditation hopefully.

I am not open to anyone about specifically being a wanderer, but somewhat open about being a spiritual person. The baby-steps-approach is something I have learned the "hard way" too, to be the best way to go. I would also like to add that humor is helping me a lot in this regard. Sometimes it is possible to "sneak in" bits of spirituality with humor to de-dramatize it. This has to some extent helped me to be more of myself in social situations. I like to sometimes say things of a spiritual nature as a joke, but at the same time it gives some attention to the topic without the weird mood in the room Smile

Thanks again and much love to you guys
