    Hello, and namaste everyone.

I have been meditating a bit in the sunlight and observing my thoughts. And a few came up, well it's actually how they came up.
I was noticing as I was enetering the meditative state my thought patterns was changing, and my breathing has also decreased.
So I took a few long breaths and it was as if my thoughts took a breath too. And I became calmer and more relaxed and my attention to my thoughts grew a bit.
There is a certain meditation or yoga practice that is called Kurma Nadi, and is the observation of the invisible "string" of breath which connectes the body with life. (In.. and out..)
So breathe, and give love and awareness to your breath.  Heart
