So I think I have light Aspergers being really sensitive and introvered but not always. Most people do not notice I have it as I look very 'normal' but I also learned to 'act' normal.

I was wondering if there are any aspies here,

    - How do you feel this catalyst affect your spiritual development?

    - Do you often feel lonely? how do you deal with that?

    - Do you like 'being' an Aspie?

I read studies showing Aspies have more developed nervous systems, a bit more of white matter in the brain, and less 'filters' on a cognitive and social level, thus explaining the hypersensitivity.

I have many friends but still feel so alianted I think its part of being an Aspie. Really hope to find more friends and maybe a partner who are really deep seekers and can understand this someday.

    Much love! Fire

I was diagnosed with high functioning autism.  I know there is a karmic reason for it to possible make me more appreciative and understanding of others, to learn to better communicate and to learn to be self sufficient for the next incarnation since these are some of the things I struggle with.  It's like learning how to swim with weights on.  It makes swimming a lot more difficult, but once the weights are removed you are a much more stronger.

I used to feel lonely but the strong desire to connect with others was my drive.  Anxiety was the main block for me but therapy really helped that. I have friends and I hang out online with them a lot.  I also joined an aspie irl group which meets every Friday for pizza and games! If you want, you can try downloading the "meetup" app and see if there are aspie groups near you that you can look into.

I've come to accept myself as completely as I possibly can which is still a work in progress but it's a lot better than it was before I started studying LOO.  I'm happy being me.  The only problem I have is trying to mold myself into a world that is too much for me to handle.

Wow you've come a long way most Aspies don't reach that level of self-understanding/self-accepting.  Thank you for sharing that.

Yes It could be karmic reasons to apreaciate and understand others more. Also some part could be just having a very distinct mental complex from the common ones here? Like being from a very different civilization if you consider you might be a Wanderer and just not fully understanding this place.  Like that forum "wrong planet" is named, making allusion to being in a very different place which of course comes with very different mental complexes from your original one.

You mention swiming  with weights, completely get that, hard responsability, but hey you are strong enough to do it! besides all the challenges of wandering in 3D.
I tried searching for aspie groups near me but there are none, I have a very very light version tho so its ok.

About the world being too much to handle. Yesss, thats why I like my time alone, reading/study, meditation, spiritual practices, processing catalyst, nature. Quo mentioned something about loners having am inclination towards the path of Adepthood too. Great opportunities.

This lady has some interesting points of view too, not sure if I agree with everything but food for tought:

Thank you for Sharing Inkshards, good to know you are advancing with weights and all and good to know some Aspies are here too  Smile
