Can an incarnated spirit/beeing revert back to its initial soulform and if yes, how?

As you might know, there's a wide array of metaphysical beeings out there. And likewise, there is a huge amount of existences, your soul can incarnate into.
A soul once told me, that souls can incarnate into a specifog kind of metaphysical being, she simply called by the name of “spirits“.
This question is about those “spirits“.
When a spirit is incarnated in its spirit body, how does it revert back to its full soul form?
Does it have to progress to 6th-7th density, where it's maybe able to revert back/change its soulform? Does it have to die? Or does it have to progress and learn until it imbodies its soul self?

I think that even higher density beings do not know what is beyond the 7th or 8th density. It is quite a mystery that the end is also the beginning.
From what I read and understood in the Law of One material the mind/body/spirit is a singular complex, although it becomes enspirited at some point through the progression.  And soul is something I've seen being debated a lot in this forum too, soul could very well be the entire creation and not something that you've parted or are away from. It is you and all around you. I've also often times seen in the Law of One material where Ra mentions soul they say "soul or spirit".

Full soul form is already there, fully formed, always and eternally. "You", little you, human you, is just a window through which the soul looks. The trick is learning to pull back from the window and gain a 'wider' perspective. Consciousness is scalar. If all you see is yourself in the window, pull back and see the manor of which it is a part. Zoom out and see yourself from afar.
