Magical work is that which has more to do with the center of the indigo ray, the sixth chakra.

Azurite, benitoites, and indigolite tourmalines or aquamarine in my opinion really embody the 5th-6th blue-indigo ray. Sapphire too, but I think the other stones have more energy while sapphire is more valued because of its durability.

Having a few other those stones and meditating upon some water either in a bowl or upon lakes/river/oceans is said to grant healing in a lot of mystic practices. I imagine the Egyptians must have spent plenty of time gazing in to their own reflections upon the Nile river.

I understand. I'm not sure if a 3D entity at the fifth level would have that kind of ability. Magical abilities seem to me to be a characteristic of the adept, an entity that is working at the sixth level. Still, I don't know if a 3D entity would have abilities that Ra seems to have suggested are characteristic of fifth density.

However, Ra said that a blue-ray entity is a co-creator. I suppose it is the minimum level where all the entity's catalysis is created by itself. However, I have no idea what this actually means.

The former. The ability to do so-called magic is a function of indigo ray activation. A native third density entity can activate the indigo ray. A 6th density Wanderer has to go through the same process as a native third density entity to gain that function.
