    Do you feel drained?
In this modern time, life is getting fast (sometimes too fast), we get lost in the stream of activities that we have to do in this 3D physical incarnation that we forget how to relax and find inner peace. Have you ever felt tired and wanted an immediate boost in energy? Has life been too fast? If you have answered yes to any one of these questions, I may be able to help you out.

The hardest art of spirituality is the balancing of spiritual knowledge with simple mindful practices. Spiritual knowledge is very powerful because it allows us to understand the function of the universe in more depth. It gives us a new take of life. However, it should be balanced with an equal amount of simple mindful practices.

"Life is easy, but we insist on making it hard."
    - Confucius

The most important moments of life are not big moments. Graduating from collage, starting a business, winning the lottery, getting a new job, etc are not the most important moments of life. So what are the most important moments of life? Well the most important moment are the small moments, moments of silence, a few extra minutes to meditate, a free hour to stroll the park.

I will describe a few ways of instantly gaining energy. These methods are very simple. They require no spiritual knowledge, and can be done in 5 minutes.

    Method 1
    1. Go somewhere quiet but not silent
    2. Sit in a general meditative position
    3. Take a minute or two to relax
    4. Close your eyes
    5. Focus on the most distant/quietest sound you can hear
       - Focus on the singing of the birds
       - Focus on the cars 500 metres away
       - Focus on the gentle whisper of the wind
Do this for a few minutes
    6. Done!  Heart

    Method 2
    1. Sit somewhere comfortable
    2. Take a few minutes to relax into a meditative position
    3. Close your eyes
    4. Feel the weight of your body on the surface your sitting on
      - Feel your own weight
      - Feel the weight of your limbs hanging off your body
      - Focus on the sense of aliveness within your body
    5. Done!  Blush

    Method 3
This is not a meditation but a general change to your lifestyle

We have so many material possessions nowadays, for example, most of us use social media for hours on end.
We watch news, although it makes us fearful. Some people abuse substances for short - lived pleasure.

Let go of those material addictions that do not feed your soul.

Thank you very much for reading. I hope you found this helpful.
    Please repeat this aloud:
"I am more than a label,
    within me lies the creator,
    within all lies the creator,
    for we are all one,
I thank the universe for taking care of me,
I thank myself for finding love in my heart,
I thank my friends & family for the love they share,
I thank Ra for educating me!
    Thank you! BigSmile "
