A miraculous spice. However, its effects can be increased by 20 folds. Just get some powderized black pepper. With the black pepper containing the pepperine substance, it can create wonders. Anyway the ratio of it is also important. According to what i read on a newspaper, for the best results, the ideal ratio is 7 units of black pepper for 10 units of turmeric. I have applied this today and the result is amazing. I'm feeling as if the front side of my brain is different. I have felt this immediately, as soon as i got the two spices together. It's good to try with a lemon squeezed yoghurt.
