Hi all,

How do you guys think we choose our guides? Do you reckon they are our long term friends? Beings we know well? Being under the veil and having an ego leaves us quite unrecognisable at times, how do you think they see us?

Q'uo and the others have a few things to say about that, and you can search for it if you're interested.

It seems to boil down to simple idea, in my view.  In addition to a couple of guides you are born with, the spiritual exploration you are involved with leads you through specific spiritual territory.  Guides who know that territory or are interested in the work you may be doing will be attracted to supporting you, especially if you are open to receiving help.

You know, it's not radically different from these forums--in this particular way.  When you begin a thread, those who are interested in the topic will respond.  How well you can work with those who respond is another matter.

You mention about searching for the information if interested, I would love to, how would one go about that apart from searching through random dates like on the LLresearch website? It's a beautiful service they offer and on top of that, there is a "category" grouping website I have found, but rarely any information where it talks about "choosing" our guides have I come across. Hence why I ask about what one thinks about choosing our guides and their relationship to us, I would also love to here what others personal earthly opinions are of this

I think our guides have been choosen preincarnatic.
So i will assume the "i am" has known them well, before entering the incarnation.

It makes sense that we would know them and trust them before entering into incarnation, I completely agree tadeus.

You can try to communicate with them, with meditation, with the tarot, mirror hours or other useful tools that will work for you.

Consider that 7th density guardians maintain the quarantine and allow negative penetrations only that are meant for the individual(s) in question. Those placing a call.

How can they do this? I suppose it may be that the guardians are able to act in some way as a guide. Or at least an accomplice to a guide.

Those beings that call out to negatives. Those negative visitors, they would be guides for the caller in this instance.

I'm mostly certain it functions similarly for positives as they place callings.

There is the direct higher self which is a gift from the late 6th density being to the self as it transitions into 7th density. This higher self works in tandem with the individualized self to make progress during and between incarnations. So another potential guide at any moment. Less so for the negative path "What is the first separation? The self from the self."

Then we have inner planes beings which I assume are simply time/space parallel to ours. These would be like ghosts apparitions spirits and thought forms. Another source for guides.

Shadow demons would be a negative 4th density visit I think.

Of course there is nothing preventing the self from summoning from the intelligent infinity new guides and spirits for self and others on a moments notice. If they were so proficient.
