Well, it seems that anyone who has conducted even two minutes research has concluded that yes indeed weather can and has been manipulated by those in the know. It has been shown on this thread. And those who have wriggled theirs heads out of the sand, peaked through the veil/matrix, have taken time to meditate upon its affects and tried to spread awareness/light on what molds our collective destiny will counter the negative effects with positive intentions. And so the Creator is once again enlightened through its multi-faceted aspects. Big LOVE.
