No depression or perceived psychic attack since 21 December 2012. Then suddenly 3 days of strong left ear tones and emotional heaviness etc etc. Higher Self confirms it's psychic attack. So I'm led to pick up a big chunk of amethyst and hold it to my left ear and ringing immediately ceases. Heaviness lessens. After 10 minutes I take away the amethyst and ringing and heaviness begins again.

Amethyst dangle earrings don't work. A big chunk of black tourmaline doesn't work. Only holding a massive chunk of amethyst to my head works.

I have to find a way to tape it to my head....surreptitiously so I don't look odd at work....

I get ringing in both ears. I don't notice it all the time so not sure if it's constant.

When I heard a tv turned on I immediately heard ringing. I think a big cause for it is electronic appliances. Only way out in the woods away from powerlines and such do I feel free from it.

If it's not a clear TONE, and instead an ambient buzzing, it might instead be tinnitus, or, activity in the pineal gland.

this is more of a general suggestion, and not specific to your case.

but one can recognise oneself as the creator ... and also the being offering their service as the creator as well. This would seem like you are both simultaneously empowering yourself as well as the agent being an agitant, but in truth, it establishes the equality of the relationship between you two; in other words, there is the One Creator receiving and offering ... and one is free to choose between the two. And so one may respectfully decline the service that is being offered to you; but with the highest notions of respect, and with the least observation of separation.

There is a oneness to the interaction.

I've had constant situations my whole life in which a sudden and intense memory of something that I've done (usually benign). During that time, I'm given the memory and an intense and debilitating feeling of stupidity and regret and hatred for what I've done. Usually these things are so benign and mundane that a typical person would laugh at it as being awkward (e.g. failing to tell a joke correctly). Nonetheless, these have been getting stronger, more intense, and I've started beating the table or seat and screaming uncontrollably when they are happening. I then have to explain to people that I'm okay, and try to explain it away.

These memories can come from any time in my life, and sometimes can repeat, even if I've forgiven myself for whatever tiny thing it may be.

The point is, I'm trying to determine if these are psychic attacks too. I'm left with little or no energy now. I have no animosity toward the entities that are doing it, as even before discovering the LOO, I've "loved and forgiven the Devil." I'm curious if this is a psychic attack that I'm giving myself, and if this is possible. There are so many questions that I have regarding it, and I just don't know exactly what or who to ask.

You're bringing the distortions in your being to the forefront of your reality so you can deal with them. Seeing as how we are learning how to live in 4d (with 3d training wheels), this is exactly what you need to help you realize that your thoughts about reality must change.

If this happened to me, I would pray, meditate, and contemplate the thoughts that I have about reality that are not congruent with reality. Reality does not cause stress. It is only positive/negative reactions to reality that cause stress.

Realize that everything coming up now is coming up so it can be cleared for the rest of this incarnation.

I have to say lately the shadow side of me has a distinct personality. It's almost like the sts parallel of me. It's definitely interesting because before sts thoughts would occasionally surface randomly and it would take time to figure out whether it was my shadow or me or outside of me, but now my shadow side speaks with a distinct voice; just as distinguishable as my consciousence. It seems more integrated than before. I feel my exercise of free will is easier because I am better in touch with the origin of my thoughts.

Even one's mannerisms may change - many subtle changes occur when darker aspect of self 'comes out' and you may see this clear fragmentation of you self. Very interesting to watch video of self but not recommended until ready to really see.
