Does anyone have tips for putting on weight? I guess I would be considered underweight (5 foot 8 - 56kg) and would like to put on some weight for health and aesthetic reasons. Good day Smile

i definitely thought this was gonna be about losing weight rather than gaining it, going just off the title. im guessing you probably mean muscle weight since this would be ticking the boxes of both health and aesthetics. there are some interesting aussie body buidling forums that would probably do a better job answering your question than anything i could recommend. but seriously. appreciate your fast metabolism while it lasts. i used to be too skinny no matter what i ate and now its an effort to keep it off lol.

Putting on lean muscle. Most bodybuilders will eat about 6 meals a day, every 2 - 3 hours. Aiming to get about a gram of protein per pound of body weight.
Low carb and high protein meals mixed with fruit/veggies. They will also add in some supplements such as a weight gain protein shake. 100s of articles on the net about it.
