Yes. That is the perspective being offered to me many times. The fact I seem to look for things outside me and not trust my instincts.
I wanted to continue and say that the last post was the 'motivate away' from side of the teaching. What it means also is that I should have more faith in my decision making process. If I were to pray for instance, or even if I am to think. I suspect it would be towards the positive. Not 'away' from the negative.

I also properly stated and acted on learning of unconditional love. Although this was with the distortion of undoing energy blockages.

I was trying to tell my friend something, and I had the image in my mind ... you know, of a car driving, on the road, and the window is wind down, and there are mailboxes driving past, and the person in passenger seat has a baseball bat, and they swing at mailboxes, and it's vandalism, and I didn't know what it was called until I googled it, and it's called mailbox baseball, and that's the thing I learnt today.

it all stems from lack of self acceptance. Or orange ray work. there are many many ways to displace this orange ray unacceptance. The energy most often gets diverted into loops (ocd and checking behaviour). Over thinking. Over self consciousness. A lot of wasted (ie dissipated) mental/emotional energy. At the worst, this neuroticism becomes a fracture at the orange ray level, leading to something like schizophrenia. - - one can accept something (positive interpretation). Or one can control it (negative interpretation). A form of delay is not to deal with it, by pushing it away, or displacing it via neurotic behaviour. (puts hand up as guilty of this). the self healing continues!

today I learnt that I am 38 years old.
that makes it an even 20 years since I left high school (I graduated in Dec 1994). I was born in 1977. I am currently located in 2015. these numbers are somehow important??

I learned in dreams I can be perfectly happy doing tedious, daunting things, such as repaving a large parking lot one pebble at a time.
I learned that I should try to meditate more, sober... Ugh. But I got a right ear tone at that thought. I thought about how I should go deep & try to find the origin of my fear/trauma... Maybe even try hypnosis. That's when my ear rang & I felt I should listen. But trusting someone to hypnotize me would be hard.

I can't really be hypnotized that deeply. Sure I do get relaxed and see imagery, but not enough for decent past life regression. Or interim life regression.

I became a certified hypnotist, so I do self-hypnosis as well. But it's just hard to get that deep. This was before my schizophrenia, which was caused by DMT. It just blew open my 3rd eye and it's hard to close it without medication. All I do is hallucinate and think the world is against me when I'm having an episode.

doing some further balancing work today (hint hint: it seems endless
), and I zoomed into a portion of yellow ray, the 4th banding, at the front.it was just a barren rocky landscape, devoid of people. Not the kind of thing that bodes well for a chakra which deals with social relations. the question arises: how much do I really want people in my life? I mean, I love individuals, and I love communicating and interacting ... but at the end of the day, how important are they to me?

interesting questions Plen...
i just realized i've made negative assumptions about myself that further deepen my negative sense of self worth. that i was born w genetic defects because i was already bad, deformed & unworthy. that there's something unfixable, unredeemable about me. i don't deserve a better vehicle. :-/ unfortunately i still believe that but i'm now aware that might be unhealthy even if unavoidable.
