Oh wow, oh wow, oh wow. I'm doing the biggest happy dance you could ever hope to imagine! Yes, yes, yes! Playing the game of hide & seek with yourself - now you see it, now you don't. BOO! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.

You know, when I worked in Dallas I would spend a good bit of time talking to a gentelman from Pakistan when we'd both visit the "smoking pit" for the building we worked in (we worked for different companies). He always said that much of what I believe is similar to Hindu teachings. I just give things different names. He never mentioned hide & seek. Oh how I wish I could go back and talk to him about this!

    Thank you, Confused!

Hey, are you saying that to me because you probably know that I am a Hindu by religious tradition of birth in this current incarnation of mine?!! Tongue (Just kidding). It is indeed true that Alan Watts was deeply influenced by the inner or esoteric spiritual traditions of India and China (or the East). East or West, it is one creation of the ONE! Cool

All are sacred children of the One Infinite Creator. What joy it is to immerse oneself in the glory, love, wisdom and power of the ONE, especially when one has brilliant spiritual seekers!! Like you and many others here at b4th, Ruth! Heart Smile

Confused - I have no idea what your religion of birth in this carnation is. Doesn't really matter to me. I just know you as my other self - as you said, another child of the One Infinite Creator! I always feel happy to find your posts here.

Blessings, love and light, my brother!

In the beginning, the Breath of Intelligence became aware of itself and is called Alpha. The Smallest Particles of Matter became aware of itself and is called Omega. In time, an Arch of Awareness joined Alpha with Omega and the effect created Light. The Light revealed to them that they were absolute opposite and equal with potential to create. The combined Awareness of Alpha and Omega created a third aspect the Son / Daughter as the Christ Light. The Three are whole and perfect as the Holy Trinity - Father, Son / Daughter, Mother. The combined aspects are Intelligence Awareness - Matter creating the I AM. This is the Primary Consciousness Intelligent Matter. All Intelligent Matter has Awareness. Awareness as a manifestation is called Energy. All Energy is an aspect of I AM.
The Aspects of Alpha are Father Male Positive Projective Will.
The Aspects of Omega are Mother Female Negative Receptive Desire.
The Aspects of Son / Daughter are Male/Female, Unity/Action.
Creation is combined Will, Desire and Action as manifestation. The combined consciousness of Intelligent Matter uses energy to manifest a Creation Event.
Each Event expresses itself as a form to maintain the consciousness as an independent aspect of the Holy Trinity. The form is Intelligent Matter maintained by a consciousness. The Holy Trinity have created many different expressions of forms and each of these forms have created further forms - all an aspect of Alpha and Omega created by Awareness of Intelligent Matter.
The first creation manifestation of the combined consciousness of Intelligent Matter was expressed as Metatron and Shekinah. Metatron is the first consciousness Event his consciousness is expressed in the form of a being an Arch Angel. The Arch being the awareness between Alpha and Omega. Metatron is the Keystone. The mid point of the arch he is fully aware of the aspects of Alpha and Omega and the Son / Daughter and is biased towards the son which presents a dominant male aspect. He represents the Upper Fire Triangle pointing towards the heavens. Shekinah is the foundation stone rooted to the Earth. She is fully aware of the aspects of Alpha and Omega and the Son / Daughter and is biased towards the daughter which presents a dominant female aspect. She represents the downward pointing Water triangle representing the Earth.
Together the two create The Starr. known as The Starr of David. This is the creation of Metatron's Cube - the sacred geometry of the physical universes and the multi-dimensional Fire letter key code language of light.

Arch Angel . . . . The Arch being the awareness between Alpha and Omega. I'd never thought of it like this, but it is oh so logical.

I loved that the Kabylion talked about hearing when you are ready and about the movement and balance in all things.
above/below; dual poles; like/unlike; tides flow; pendulum swings.

I also seem to like the somewhat mechanical voice. Don't know why.

I love the image at around 2:12! And the one at around 3:12, and 3:18, and 3:33 or so. Especially the 3:33 - this is what I see often when I am meditating!

I have a pretty wide variety of practices. Mostly, I try to make each moment a meditation, no matter what I am doing, by keeping myself "blank", with the intention of allowing Creator to fill my "blankness" with love and light. I have been told that what I am doing is using left brain/right brain simultaneously. Don't know about that. But I get some of my best insights while doing mundane tasks on ""autopilot" - like folding laundry, or pulling weeds or tilling in the garden, or driving down the road.

I also try to spend some time each day - often in the late afternoon - sitting still with my eyes closed and again, being blank (or you might say still). I try to fill my inner vision with a blank white screen and allow the universe to show me whatever I am meant to see. Often during this time I will get inspired to contact someone, or write someone an email or letter of love and encouragement. Sometimes I "see" folks who need some healing energy, sometimes I see the need to send healing energy to the Earth.

I also have a spiritual "lab" where I can speak to my guides. We sometimes have very deep discussions. In that "place" there is a beautiful crystal cave outside the entrance that I use to get me into the right . . . hmmm, I don't have words - it's just helps me "be right" to enter my workshop. Inside I have a desk & chair, a blank screen, , and a vast library that I can go to for reference material or information. If I need any "tools" they are there. I can also invite other beings in to consult with me and help me accomplish whatever I need to accomplish. This place I usually visit just before sleep, or in the early morning when I awaken, before getting out of bed. But I can also "pop" in when necessary.

I have also studied Reiki recently and have started using some of those techniques - but don't actually consider that a form of meditation. That is more like using tools to do work. Have also recently studies some Qi gong, and found it interesting, but haven't felt the need to specifically incorporate any of the techniques into my daily life.

    How about you, Confused?
    How about you?

Edit: funny how when you try to describe something this personal with words it seems impossible. I failed to mention anything about the breath, which is very important! And focus, and intention.
